My entire family has been going to this business since I was around 5 years old or so, Angelica and Sergio have been doing my taxes now as an adult for the past few years and I’m always satisfied with their work. They are absolutely the best in the bay! Watch out H&R because RG BUSINESS CENTER actually provides PEACE OF MIND!!!(:

Late to open the business had a appointment first in the morning the guy shows up forgets the keys to open the door so we had to wait for him to go and come back. My direct deposit account number was wrong I tried calling so they can change it and never answered. They should say this is an only Spanish speaking business because the guy doing my taxes kept telling me I don't know how to say it in English when he was having trouble doing them.

If i could give a zero star I would. She had give some incorrect information after going for 3 years I never expect her to do this but , I am going to report her to Irs for fraud. I pretry sure she has done this to others .

Its inconvenient when the employees are late. The business hours say 11am-6pm - Monday-Friday and its 10min after 11am.. No one is here yet.. Time is money. Dont waste my time. On another note, keep in mind the employee may sometimes rack up the charges by $5 or double it.. Just make sure you keep track how much you paid last year and question why you're being charged more than last year if its the same service. The services here are inconsistent which makes it unreliable and not trustworthy. Suggest to go elsewhere please!!

She's very professional... and would solve your case! Very very nice person... definitely recommend her with filing for papers or tax preparation... from 1 to 10 I give Angelica a 10...
