I would not recommend this shop for auto repairs. I had a bad antifreeze leak. Took it here on Saturday they pulled it in the bay and said it was the radiator or hose without looking under the hood or car. Estimate was 600.00. Okay pick up on Monday we are closing soon no problem. Show up on Monday they tell me that the water pump is also bad and leaking. This is going to cost an additional 1000.00 more on top of the 600. I am now questioning if the radiator was the problem since the leak was in the same spot to begin with. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I received a coupon in the Val-Pack mailer for NB Auto Tech for a $49.95 full synthetic oil change, which is a very good price. It expires on 4/30/22. I went to NB this afternoon (4/1/22). Told him (the manager?) I needed an oil change on my 2011 Acura TSX 4 cylinder, which requires 4 quarts of full synthetic. He said, "no problem". When I showed him the coupon he said, "it will probably cost more, and I can't do it until Monday". No explanation given for why it would cost more. Or why, after he saw that I had a coupon, I had to wait until Monday. Needless to say, I went somewhere else. If they do not want to honor their coupons, they should stop mailing them! Looks like the typical "bait and switch". You think your getting a good price, and then they give you a different price when you go there for a repair. This is a real scam! DO NOT USE NB AUTOTECH FOR ANY REASON!! There are plenty of repair places close by that are honest, like the ARCO station 1 block away.

I got a smog check here, and the rude "mechanic " did the full test and failed me on the visual. I had the EO number for the headers that I have on the vehicle, and he said that he could not see it. It was on the the headers and he wasted my time and did the full test, which passed except for his visual. I took it to Quik Smog on Mission, who where a lot more professional, and cheaper too.

Brought my car in for an oil change. It was close to 50,000 miles so I was thinking it could be an expensive proposition. The owner told me besides the oil change, tires needed rotation. A pleasant surprise that the bill was much less than expected. Honesty is hard to come by - very much appreciated.
