“These are just the most honest capable people you can imagine. They did an LCD display for me. The incoming shipment with my display was stolen. He dropped the price $20 for MY inconvenience. HE was the one with his stuff stolen. Classy guy. I then through some misfortune needed him again shortly after and he bailed me out with a reduced price again even though I offered him full price.
I couldn't figure out why he doesn't have a straight 5 star rating, so I read through the reviews. He does. Endless numbers of stories similar to mine. The only thing keeping that total rating number from being even higher is a couple of obvious hatchet job reviews from people that it appears spend most of their time disgruntled over something.
I was able to watch how they treated everyone that came in. These guys are really solid.”
“I went in to get my iphone 12 pro battery replaced. James was very helpful and gave me tips on how battery works. I bought the battery on amazon but after watching the diy video decided it may be too much for me. James got the phone back to me within 2 hours and cost me $55. Highly recommend James and the store.”

“Excellent Service! I dropped my Pixel 6a phone which caused Screen Bleeding, and if it weren't for the custom ROM I had on my phone, they were able to replace the screen within a day (but because of my ROM they took a few days until we all realized it was the OS). Will definitely come back if I ever need similar service again.”

“I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. Then Enrique Brandon has a great personality, and is like the life of the party. This location is a 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re seeking phone service with AT&T, come here! Mic drop.”

“This guy is absolutely awesome! I do not live in this area and my phone got dunked in water. I had no way to contact my family at home. And i needed my phone to pay for my gasoline.. i contacted a bunch of phone repair places and they all wanted 160 bucks and up. This guy not only did the job for a fraction of that but he finished the job in minutes. Dude is awesome and he is definitely not greedy like that kiosk at southland mall. You definitely should avoid that place.
If the owner of phone geeks reads this i want to say thank you dude. Ypu hooked me up when everybody else was trying to get over.”

“Rohan was amazing! We came in for a device change and an upgrade and Rohan took the time to help us and was super patient. It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running. Overall 5 stars for Rohan!”
