“This is probably the best Verizon store in the East Bay, Brandon, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me and was able to get me in and out with my new device and all data transferred in about half an hour. “Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! “I went in to get my iphone 12 pro battery replaced. James was very helpful and gave me tips on how battery works. I bought the battery on amazon but after watching the diy video decided it may be too much for me. James got the phone back to me within 2 hours and cost me $55. Highly recommend James and the store.”

“I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. Then Enrique Brandon has a great personality, and is like the life of the party. This location is a 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re seeking phone service with AT&T, come here! Mic drop.”

“This guy is absolutely awesome! I do not live in this area and my phone got dunked in water. I had no way to contact my family at home. And i needed my phone to pay for my gasoline.. i contacted a bunch of phone repair places and they all wanted 160 bucks and up. This guy not only did the job for a fraction of that but he finished the job in minutes. Dude is awesome and he is definitely not greedy like that kiosk at southland mall. You definitely should avoid that place.
If the owner of phone geeks reads this i want to say thank you dude. Ypu hooked me up when everybody else was trying to get over.”
“I came in with a messed up phone the insurance was taking long to respond Jessica such a kind lady helped me by upgrading my phone for only $50 I am an older lady she was very patient with me and even transferred my contacts one by one because my Bluetooth on other device was not working. I will always come back the customer service was wonderful.”

It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running. Overall 5 stars for Rohan!”
