This has become my go to place. Jennica is my favorite and I always walk out with the look I want. Before coming here I used to dread getting my hair done because it was never quite right. But this place never fails. I am happy I found this place! Jennica has colored my hair purple, pink, blonde and brown, as well as given me awesome hair cuts, she is very versatile. We have good conversations and she is respectful of alone time. My favorite part is she never skimps on service or rushes, I can be there at times for 4+ hours to get the desired look and she is consistent with the results + positive attitude. Just note: You have to wait a few weeks for an appointment so plan accordingly.

Had a haircut with Jennica and it was very pleasant. She’s very attentive and I’m happy to have a good talk while at it. Mary Ann (I think) who’s the receptionist at the salon was really nice and accommodating too. I’ve been searching for a good and very affordable hair salon near me and I will most definitely visit again when I need it. This salon is my new favourite!

I fucking love this place! Not saying this place is expensive, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for here plus more! I decided to salon hop 3 times since finding inspire, and decided that inspire is essentially my go to salon, although I do know 2 other people who can get me right on the inspire level, but this is a review for inspire "! 5 stars!

This used to be my go to salon but it has been impossible to book an appointment. I have been trying to book a simple cut for over a year, and no availability. It's unfortunate as I really liked coming here over the years.

Highlights and cut brought my thin, damaged hair back to life. Julie listened to my hair concerns and looked at my inspiration pictures and gave me a realistic and manageable plan for my hair. There is abundant parking and COVID measures are still enforced (masks required, wait in car and contact when you arrive, 1/2 shampoo bowls in use for social distancing). I was the last appointment remaining at the end of the day and I saw the other workers thoroughly clean and sanitize all tools and stations. Reasonably priced with high quality results.

I got my hair cut not that long ago here and I wasn't impressed.. For starters the waiting area is dusty, whoever cut my hair didn't introduce themselves so I don't even know who cut my hair, the work station was kinda dirty/dusty and I don't feel like it wasn't properly cleaned which was a concern because of all the covid stuff going on, the conversation between my stylist and I felt super forced and almost scripted.. it was uncomfortable, and to top it all off I'm not happy with my hair. And I'm really not one to speak up and say I don't like something and this time it was because there was really no way to fix my hair - it was cut and you can't uncut hair. I feel like I would've gotten the same cut at another lower end salon if not a better looking one. No hate to this salon or anyone who works there or anyone who comes here regularly. This is simply how I feel/my opinion based on my experience.

Julie is the best! She keeps me looking like a cosmic mermaid and entertains me while doing it. I don't trust anyone else with my hair except for this salon and have never been disappointed. Even if I only have a vague idea of what I want, Julie always nails it.

To be honest, I really, really don't want to write this review. I had been coming here to see Julie since I was in high school, which was back in 2016. I only came to see her for all of my hair needs. She's the sweetest and a true expert at what she does, so there is NO complaint there whatsoever. The reason I've come back to write this review is because of the frustration I experienced last year-ish when I wanted to make an appointment to see her for my hair again. You can't make appointments with Julie online- you have to contact the salon directly via email or text. I reached out at least twice and both times received no response. I was a long time client at this salon and it felt like that didn't matter at all. The services here are great, but I wanted to hopefully shed some light on this issue I had here and maybe even return in the future if this gets resolved.

Always had a good experience never a bad one and jennica brings my ideas to life and SLAYSSS MY HAIR 3 things I want to note 1. Virgin to processed still healthy didn't even feel like I bleached it 2. Bleached/retouched 8months later still healthy and no breakage 3. Big chop and re toned still HEALTHY I've been coming here for the past 5 years and the team has been nothing but so kind and sweet to all clients and they are accommodating to cancellations. The stylist has to schedule 4-6 hours in their chair so when you cancel last second they still gotta get paid for the 4-6 hours of service they would have had. I also want to put in here that my hair has NEVER came out looking like garbage. Jennica will never have you walking out her chair with mediocre results. Very talented team and worth the $$. I get compliments on my hair 8 months after it's done so it says a lot.

Pure art! Can't more satisfied and happy with the results. There's a price, there's a quality! It's more than average in price but it's totally worth it! Julie is amazing and talented! She's super sweet and so patient. She corrected my messed over grown hair into a pure perfection! I got a total messed up color from the last hair colorist from other place. I showed Julie what I wanted and explained what I want, and she delivered it! I usually never got exactly what I wanted but this time I got better than what I expected. She only bleached my hair once, where else has to be twice. And my color was hard contrast and I asked her to blend it from the top to bottom. My hair turns like several colors and the fun fact is she didn't even highlights my hair. She just made it so easily with several colors and BAM! My hair turns into several colors but it's blended perfectly! Love it so much! Definitely will come back again! Thanks Julie!

Julie takes care of my hair, she is very professional and patient, my whole family has been going to her for 10 years ! The salon is nice staff is friendly highly suggest coming here you won't regret it !

Had a beautiful hair cut by Julie. My hair feels much stronger and healthy which is why I went in for a big chop. Although I am not a fan of short hair on me, I knew that I needed to get rid of a lot of the dry ends, and Julie did her thang! The front desk employee was also very kind, professional and understanding, I caught crazy after school traffic in my way there which I didn't count on. I made sure to call them to let them know as a courtesy to their time. Because my service was to be short, they were still able to see me. I appreciate having this hair salon so close to my home!

I made an apt to tone my hair months in advance . When they had called to confirm my appointment , I let them know something had came up and I couldn't make it. She said she would charge me a cancellation fee as it needed to be 48 hours in advance. I let her know I had an email with my apt confirmation and the email states 24 hour cancellation notice. She said okay and hung up. This was in March. I just received an invoice that I was charged a cancellation fee of $50. Lost my business. No way I'm paying that fee cause you guys don't know your own salon cancellation rules. Hire smarter employees, please

This was a great experience. From the customer service on the phone to the stylist Sunny and the stylist who finished my hair it was great. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great conversation. I had a challenging hair situation and came out w exact color I wanted and smooth sleek "new" looking hair. Thank you. My new favorite place
