Worst experience ever. Been using Block for over 15 years, but their service quality has been going downhill ever since my trusted preparer retired. This year was a total fail on their part. My info was apparently deleted (although I can't be sure that was what truly transpired) and my preparer struggled to get the issue resolved by management/tech support; it was apparently not important enough to address in a timely fashion. After waiting and waiting with no updates, I demanded that I be able to pickup my return by 4/15. Then they wanted me to go into a different office to pick up my return. The fact that they transported my personal documents from office to office without my knowledge or permission was disturbing. I had numerous other issues with the way my tax preparation was handled - too many to list. I finally got my return on 4/17, and only after waiting an hour for them to try and give me a discount for all of the inconvenience and delays they caused. Suffice to say, I will be going elsewhere next year and will discourage people I know from using them.

Let me start by saying the Sara at the front desk was extremely nice, and helpful.I am writing this sitting waiting to be seen. My appointment was at 5 pm (I arrived early as I do for any appointment) . My person I had an appointment with was not here. Sara called and left him a message, and no return call.It's currently 5:30 pm and still a no show. Extremely upset, but thank you Sara for your professionalism.

Do NOT have Rizwan Sajid prepare you taxes. The guy doesn't know what he's doing. Very negligent when it comes to inputting sensitive information on your tax returns

Don't go here they advertise fair and upfront pricing their pricing was neither Fair nor up front they quoted me one price didn't seem to know what I needed exhibited no great competency at their job and in the end tried to charge me almost 50% more than I was quoted literally highway robbery I ended up taking my business elsewhere do you like being bullshitted and ripped off this is your place
