WORST EXPERIENCE GETTING MY NAILS DONE!!
Previously, I had dip on them & it was time to get done again. So, I came in to get nails redone with dip. Lady (didn't catch her name) used a nail to take off the dip. I told her it hurt. Then, as she used the tool to file down, it was burning my nails. I've never experienced so much discomfort getting my nails done. I changed my mind and told her to just take off polish and file down since my nails got so weak and started hurting. In the meantime, she kept trying to talk me into getting overlay so I wouldn't have to take off the polish every time.
Fast forward, after LINDA DID SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY TOES, I decided to get the color (regular) on my nails. I asked how much it would be. I was told $12 more. The same lady from before came and just applied the polish, didn't clean my cuticles, or anything that comes with a manicure! For $27 freaking dollars, I've could've done it myself! I don't understand how they charge the amount they do with the lack of work done. I'm so irritated! Then, when I asked her to clean it up, with irritation in her voice, she told me "I should've gotten a manicure that included cleaning the cuticle" and proceeded to apply oil on the cuticles. So what did I pay $27 for if what I got is not considered a manicure?? Oh, and then she tells me I need to drink more water. Smh, I'm highly disappointed!

I just tried the soft dipping powder for the first time. I love it compared to putting on gel or acrylic nails. Dipping powder goes right on top of your own nails so this way it's not thick and it feels very light and natural and you do not need to be underneath the dryer or UV light

The technician was super rough with my feet. I asked her to file my nails becuase it had a chip and she looked annoyed and in disbelief that I pointed it out to her. And she was annyoed that I flinched becuase of her rough touch on my feet. I think I need to find a new llace.

Do not go here. Careless and did bad job doing my nails. She charge me $60 for french tip. And injured me so careless. She charge me $60 and keeps telling me it's inflation. She also has the audacity to ask me to pay cash. Bad service. Will never comeback.

Wow. I had no idea just how bad my feet were until Jenny started working on them. She was very kind, very patient. The callouses were thicker than I thought. I highly recommend her to do your feet.

Avoid this place. As for service, it's terrible. One of the older ladies who works pedicures is so rude. She's usually wearing a ponytail when I go in. She yells and makes snarky comments towards your preference of color. I've come here before for manicures but have avoided it from this place ever since. It's messy and nail polish is not properly cleaned when finished. Being completely honest I could do a better job at painting my nails then these ladies. Acrylics are OK. Sometimes they leave them crooked. And when taking them off they leave ugly marks on nails. For the price, their work is poor. They charge more then what's needed. They all look unhappy with their jobs. This is one of the worst nail shops in the san lorenzo area.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I only visited because my regular nail salon was unavailable, and it was a disappointing experience. I strongly advise against wasting your money here. The quality of their work is very poor, and I observed a concerning attitude towards people of color. Furthermore, the shop's conditions were subpar, with an unpleasant odor. During my visit, I asked for a basic pedicure with cuticle removal. To my dismay, they charged an exorbitant amount without informing me of any additional costs. When I inquired about the high price, the response I received was disrespectful, as if assuming I couldn't read or understand their pricing. Despite paying for the service, I made it clear that their behavior towards customers and their business practices were unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment, as it falls far short of the level of service and respect that should be expected from any business.

Where do I begin? First off, the lady who did my nails didn't even do like the photo and charged me $95 for a white milky acrylic set with clear gel on top, a half ass design, at a medium length? Lmao. I'm sure. Then she asked if I wanted a pedicure as well which I did but I wanted the deluxe one with gel polish. She proceeded to do a basic pedicure that lasted a whole not even 20 to 25 minutes... Oh but beforehand I had already told her my feet were rough and missing some toes nails because of work. She was like oh my goodness you were right, I'm like if you can create a nail if not that's okay. She's like oh I'm going to use acrylic... I'm like idk she's like oh don't worry it's okay. So she proceeds to do my toes and not once did she or buff any of the acrylic she laid on my toes...they ARE THICK, AND UNEVEN!!! Before you know it my pedicure is done and me and my friend are headed to the front to pay, mind you she tells me at the front my pedicure was $40. I'm like okay? So what's the grand total? She's like oh $135, I'm like okay I have card. Also while paying for my nails I then asked for her to break a $20 for her so called TIP.. she walks off and I asked HER TWICE FOR CHANGE, she then said have a good day and walked to work in the next client... LMAO! BUT THE BEST PART OF THIS WHOLE SHITTY EXPERIENCE IS, I FOUND MY RECEIPT FOR THE SALON LATER ON, AND THIS BITCH REALLY CHARGE ME $175 AND TOOK A $20 TIP. SO WHERE DID THAT EXTRA $40 COME FROM? YOU GOT ME BENT. THE PICTURES DONT LIE, KARMA WILL GET YOU BITCHES, HOPE THAT $195 WAS WORTH IT.
