The woman my mom had to talk to about financial advice and opening a IRA was rude and didn't listen to her concerns. My mom spoke for 10 seconds and the 'advisor' talked for 15min about her own life, non of which we asked or cared about. Choosing this bank was a mistake, the advisors need therapy and possibly a job change/

Nice, friendly neighborhood location w/ plenty of parking!! If you need to use the ATM during hours the bank is not open, you do have to slide your card in a slot by the door in order to gain entry. Great for safety, but unfortunately there are people out there who don't know the rules and just try to keep pulling on the door handle thinking it will magically open, or they wait until you're about to exit and are standing right in front of the door. I wish there was someway where the view inside the bank could be blacked out, so people aren't looking in to see if there's somebody at the ATM or not. At least this would dissuade them from just waiting for you to get out after you finish your transaction. I know this isn't really Citibank's fault, but just wanted to give people's a heads up. I took off one star because this bank, as of this writing, doesn't open up until 10 AM. Really wished they opened up at the minimum, 8:30 AM or 9. I only go into the bank where I need a teller about 3 to 4 times per year, but still I would love to go in there early to do my transaction. The great thing about Citibank is they have a lot of agreements with various ATMs, so at least if you just need to only withdraw money, you can do that at many places.

The customer service at this branch is NON existent. Tellers are ok but the Branch Manager is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and does NOT care about it's customers needs. I will move my business elsewhere.

Incompetence. Twice I booked an appointment and confirmed it with staff prior to leaving. Twice they were not met due staff unavailability or incorrect scheduling from their system. My first two experiences at the bank were met with complete ineptitude. They didn't even get my name right, they called me Wesley.Why would you trust a place with your money when that place can't even handle basic scheduling and appointments. I'm convinced I am part of some user acceptance testing to see how much nonsense they can pull before a customer is turned away.Do yourselves a favor, keep a wide berth from this place.

I have visited this branch multiple times for different things. For example, make a deposit, cashiers check, name change, pin # change and never had any issues. All of the staff was really helpful and quick.

Racially profiled when I walked through the door . Employee Christine tried to place me with a complete stranger man just because we were both African American then laughed it off shrugging her shoulders. I was extremely insulted and highly offended by her customer service. I won’t be returning to this local branch. She should be a shamed of herself and I pray that’s she doesn’t treat others in such manner!

Just for using the ATM after closing, the door open with my ATM card with no problem and the ATM machine worked perfectly, got my money in 10 seconds, excellent service!
