Every detail was handled with care and precision, and the results are absolutely amazing. I’m beyond happy with the quality of their work and the customer service I received. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch detailing and protection for their vehicle!”

“I recently got my car’s interior detailed here, and the results were amazing. Every corner was spotless, the seats looked refreshed, and the whole car smelled clean without being overpowering. They paid attention to the small details and the service was friendly and professional from start to finish.”

“The service was great. Do not forget to put your car in nuetral when entering the main washer. I love that they provide wipes for your dashboard and car deodorizer. I am new to the self-service vacuum station. I think it is great.”

“After buying a new car, a few co-workers at the dealership recommended me to them, I was no longer indecisive. Mike and Raj are the definition of experts. They took digilent care of my vehicle while considering every intricate detail and also took the time to educate me on how to best take care of the paint. Thank you guys! Check out they're Instagram page. @mar.qp”

“Mike- who just has, well, a honest vibe with a lot of integrity, gave an accurate quote for removing rodents and detailing an interior that was really filthy. I mean this car was bad. He gave me his cell number which was handy. I was stunned at the incredible job they did. I recommend them absolutely.”

“This place is amazing for a car wash!! The price is great and they clean the inside and outside so meticulously. My car hasn’t looked this clean in years. I’ll only be coming to this place in the future to get my car clean!”

“I have been getting oil changes here since before I owned my own car (taking parent’s car as well). The guys here are always friendly and professional. Great service!”

“Watching them work is like watching a well-oiled machine. But they're still human. You can see them warming up to the specifics of your car over the course of the 30-45 minutes they take on the basic inside and outside wash. They often get distracted and forget what parts they already wiped down. Etc. But that's okay because I'm not paying $200 for a full detail. I'm paying $50, a steal for the amount of detail they provide.

A few caveats which made me knock a star off (but keep in mind I have a brand new car with brand new paint, so I care extra here). They are not invested in keeping your car scratch-free. They use one towel for the entire shampoo process, and not enough for the drying to avoid micro-scratches. For a truly 5/5 star service, they would use a towel for each body panel, work from top to bottom instead of randomly (for instance when they're drying, I see them wiping just underneath the rear bumper and then back to the middle), and use the the 2 bucket method to clean grit off the towel from each wipe. They should also use a pressure washer to get as much dirt off as possible before shampooing, instead of a garden hose attachment with the shower setting. There were some times where the vacuum hose and spray bottle got dragged along the car paint. They also made an error in putting something back in the trunk (without asking me first or for help) and a plastic part of a rolling duffle bag scuffed the rear bumper.

However, I think I will still keep coming back because they aren't franchised professionals or anything, they're an apparent family-owned business just trying to make a living. Despite the issues, it feels nice going here. I relate to being an Asian American and being involved in a family-owned business. I can see the experience. I can also see the optimizations they put in their process. I just wish they were more careful.”

“Very good and well maintained facility. The best part is they have a turbo blower which is very powerful to dry much of the car.

A little crowded on weekends.

But just a bit expensive for a self car wash. I almost spend $30 for my mustang.”

“Decent price and quick service. My small hatchback took a little over half an hour with the cheapest option. You get what you pay for though, so don't expect maximum attention to detail. There were some water spots and small nooks that didn't totally get cleaned, but I mostly got what I wanted- a clean (enough) exterior and clean windows/mirrors.”

“It was late in the afternoon, and no one was around myself and the attendance car were the only two automobiles on the property! He was cleaning the car wash area when I pulled up and went to the window and saw no one was there. I guess this wouldn't bother most people, but personally, I was put off by only having one employee to handle everything by himself. This station is on a busy corner in Castro Valley. I hope the company is paying him enough money to handle this job. Seems a little unfair to him.”

“Cheapist gas in San Leandro. Not cheap as in bad but cheap as in bang for your buck. Pumps are always operational and they have a hand car wash station. Highly recommended.”

“I live right up the hill and this has been my go to since we moved here. They recently renovated and it is better than ever! All of the staff are so sweet and willing to help you with anything. Great prices and variety.”

“Omg I was thinking that we really need a place like this and here it is. A really good car wash with detailing to be added as needed. I had the dreaded pine sap hardened to Diamond hardness (just about!) and they took it right off. Estimated about 45 minute. He knew how much it bothered me and how hard I had tried so he took extra time and got all the pine sap off. Ask for Ricardo. At the San Leandro location HE is the expert and has experience with finish work on cars. I was taking a gamble with such a low priced offer but wow, it was worth that and I could give him a nice tip! Amazing work. The skill really shows.
Great service, great prices, great quality work. What’s not to love about this place?”

“I was recommended to bring my car down after a trip up north to a natural hot spring for a thorough exterior cleaning. My friend recommended them because they have a $40 a month unlimited car wash membership plus discounted services like detailing and interior cleaning.

I arrived at 11:25 AM and was ready to roll off the lot by 11:45 AM. They did what would’ve taken me over an hour in exactly 20 minutes! That includes signing up for the membership and the actual washing of the car.

I’m glad that I made this investment because I will now regularly come down to have the car clean and feel rest assured that the quality and consistency of cleanliness will be kept. The team was friendly and worked diligently.

I highly recommend Splash Brothers car wash for anyone who wants an affordable way to look good on the road without the effort of pulling a bucket full of hot soapy, water around your car and wet up your clothes (unless you’re into that thing, then show up on a Sunday where you can self service with your own products and their amenities).

Excellent work team! See you next week!”

“Favorite car wash in the bay. Quality hand car wash, none of that old crusty brush nonsense that scratches up your car's paint. Reasonably priced too and I'd even argue on the cheaper end for the quality of work. They work hard, tip them well”

“Alex is the best mechanic I have come across in the Bay area. I have known Alex for over 4 years. He is able to isolate the issue and fix the root cause. He is very reasonable for all the service charges. He is very honest and friendly. I recommend everyone to avail his great service .”

“Best car wash in the bay area. I usually pick the "Superior wash" with Tire and wheel cleaning 18.00$. They're always friendly and give you a pretty good hand wash while you wait to go in, and then afterwards they go over each tire and wheel and hand dry your entire car while they do it. Always deserving of a good tip in my opinion.”

“I’ve been a customer of Steve’s for over 20 years from day one he’s always been very friendly and informative patient and he has never gouged me on the price. I’ve sent numerous people to him over the years and everybody that has gone fell in love with him and his shop. You won’t find a better location for service.”

“I had an excellent experience getting my very dirty truck washed. 10 people descended on my car and had it clean in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!”

“We've been going here for years and have been very satisfied. The self wash is still less expensive and does a better job then if you went to a drive-through wash facility. Our entire family also uses the detail service, its more expensive than if you did it yourself but they do a great job, so for us its definitely worth it.”

“This place has been here for years. The owner is a very nice and personable guy that makes every customer feel welcome.
He recently added a UHaul business to the property which is in the perfect location!!!”

“Very friendly, they did a great job! I did the "in and out" and the truck looked better then when I initially bought it! They had at least five guys giving it good once over. They got the door jams, Windows, mirrors.... highly recommend!”

“i got there on a Sunday 5 min after they opened. no line and got out in 15 min for exterior wash only. was it an exceptional wash? no but for a 20 dollars 15 min wash they did pretty well and i was satisfied. i will go back”

“Quick and easy. The gas pump wasn't slow, and they pre-washed a bit before going through the washer. The dryer didn't get everything, but there was a person on the other side that hand-dried the rest. The gas and $20 for the best wash available is cheap comparingly. It came out spotless! I was shocked! Please also tip them because I worked a car wash when I was young. It's hot hard work and they earn every bit of it! We definitely will be back!”

“I pulled up to get some gas and saw them doing a really good job detailing someone’s car so I figured I should get mine done too! Really glad I did because it came out looking amazing!”
