Staff is extra helpful. The other location said they couldn't help because their system was an issue. However I went to this store and she said that's the stores laziness.

This is one of those if I could give 0 stars I would and is an overall rating of the Boost company in general. My 83 yr old mom was with Virgin Mobile and it was acquired by Boost. Her old phone was shut off and she had to go to Boost. She was informed that her phone was not compatible with Boost service. She purchased a flip phone and was told the cheapest plan was 35 per month. She cant afford that and returned the phone and was refunded. What was'nt refunded was the monthly service fee even though she did not use it the phone. The phone never left its box until it was returned to the store. The store person said we needed to contact customer service for the refund as the charge was through Boost itself. I called customer service and they informed me that the service was used and therefore not eligible for a refund. There were 15 out going texts which apparently was the magic number to establish usage. This was a flip phone and my 83 yr old mom does not know how to text. I called the number that was texted 15 times in a row and it is a number that is not in service. Avoid this company at all costs as they will fraudulently find a way to keep your money. Neither customer service or the store were willing to resolve it. Also customer service is ran out of the Phillipines. My next step is the better business bureau for them ripping off my mom. Attached is the 15 out going texts that magically appear on her account.

I went in to the store because my phone keyboard was messed up and having trouble typing , and the rep Delilah & saahil did a great job. Excellent service . Free of charge.
