Got everything I needed and then some. Both girls working the front were very helpful. My only dislike, was that most of the clothing was for smaller people. No 3X/4X merch for us Bigger boys. But I still got everything else that I wanted.

Went to purchase at watch. They only had 2 left, which was a plus for me. The other store didn't have any. Customer service was good. And they helped me find my coupon for $5.00 off. Everything work out. Accept I had to go back and get the instructions. The watch I got didn't have instructions.

They were out of stock on the item that I needed. I asked the Big 5 Staff if I could order the item, they said no. They did not even let me know that I could order from the Big 5 website. When I checked the Big 5 website shipping to the store was not an option, nor did I see an option for free shipping with purchase over a set price. :(

No one works here, they paid 5 people to stand around and talk to each other. I could have ask for their help to find the item that I was looking for but nope, I rather just wait longer for it to be shipped from other retailer. Why support people and a store that don’t care for “business”.

I didn't go into & ain't NEVER been in this store; I ONLY pulled over to the Plaza that Big 5 was located in (along with a lot of other stores), to park & get myself/thoughts in ck. I'd just left a funeral??service for; the "17yr old" son, of a VERY good girlfriend- 20+yrs!!!!! It was actually at The Encounter Church; around the corner from this location, on Lewelling Blvd!!!!!Ya know somehow Google GPS/Maps missed that stop.....

This place gets a 1 star due to the inconsistency of buying ammo. They randonly close down this section hours early and only have 1 guy that can make ammo sales
