In the midst of troubleshooting a sighting that my rear braking lights had failed by a passing motorist on the freeway recently, i was puzzled by my failure to find the "broken" bulb at that time. I found 2 other broken bulbs not related to the braking bulbs. I also found no fuse in where the brake fuse was supposed to be. Tried to buy one but couldn't tell the difference between a regular fuse & a mini one. Brought a similar one in size but not the right ampage so the associate here pick the right one for me. 15 amps. 10 for 11.99.... Fixed the fuse problem which led me to identify which brake bulbs were "broken". Fabulous customer service! All aisles labeled. Easy to find but not easy to identify.

Ordered an engine. Waited 3 months and they ended up telling me engine didn't arrive. They didn't give me an explanation and just refunded my money without the option to reorder. I was expecting an apology for the inconvenience and at least a discount for the waiting another 2-3 months but customer service and manager seemed indifferent and they seemed to not care of trying to help me get an engine. Really unprofessional.

Jose was probably the most helpful and friendly Auto Zone worker I've ever encountered, give that man a raise!!!! Great experience overall and highly suggest everyone to go to this store for your car needs. Thank you Jose for making my experience a memorable one.

Bad phone customer service. It's not the first time. An employee at this location just put me on hold for 15in, did not even hear him/her. Probably would have waited another 15 min before getting disconnected, which happened several times. If you're going to put a customer on hold that long, then tell him or her to call back. Terrible business, no common sense.

I went in at 9 and the doors were locked so I called and the workers said “you could have just knocked”I did. No one was up front.I didn’t say anything to them other than your doors locked and the sign says you close at ten. I don’t need a 19 year old to cop an attitude with me for expecting a business to be open during their hours.Then when I went to leave the door was locked behind me. That’s really sketchy. I’m the only customer with two male employees and they Lock me in the building. What the heck is that?!
