I wouldn’t buy wheels here again. The customer service over the phone was horrible and someone needs to let that guy know he can’t treat people the way he does . Only reason he is getting a star is because the right wheels were delivered.

Gave 2 stars because customer service over the phone was seriously lacking. Guy I spoke with was not helpful and very rude. They got the wheel done very fast which is why they got any stars at all. Overall, the person I spoke with needs to learn how to deal with people. Do better guy, you know who you are.

Your teams consistently piss poor attitude just cost you another sale. Calling from a body shop who could easily send you a steady stream of business. Yet my memories of poor service were confirmed once again. Anyone looking here should try LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY first. Attention management: talk to your phone goons. This one guy, just a little while ago, seems more than just jaded.... there truly may be no helping this guy... sorry, wish I got his name! But this has happened before too, which is why I rarely use you. Now? Not even calling any more. F*ck it.

Customers/Buyers beware! Terrible customer service and shady vibes when attempting to get some service done on my oem and aftermarket wheel sets. When I finally got help from someone, received an inflated price quote... afterwards had a "manager" look over work and quote was hundreds more than previous moron. Then when I decided to have them just repair the oem wheel (as I didnt trust them w/my $6k aftermarket wheels) when they invoiced me, price was different AND was for the wrong wheel, brand and size. When I raised my concern, sales moron got mad (at HIS mistake) and crumpled paper and proceeded to redo invoice. At that point, i asked to talk to someone else and manager moron #2 came out and had similar attitude. Is everyone menstruating or what? A customer behind me commented also and similar feelings about attitude and customer service level. We both began searching on line for other services and another customer waiting on the side, suggested a place in Walnut Creek that he has never had issues with callee Shop Rite or Built Rite something. Anyway, we decided to leave with oem wheel and aftermarket wheel and spend money elsewhere. When calling and emailing their corporate office in Texas, spoke to a nice lady Robyn and let her know the behavior and attitude of the morons in Oakland. Later another person named Monte emailed me back and apologized for the incident and mentioned he felt embarrassed on how the morons behaved. At least Corp Texas has decency to apologize and notice the incident doubt anything will come to surface with it however

Great priced and great service. Removed one star because I had to remove my wheel and bring it to get repaired. They were not able to match the paint on the wheel exactly to factory specs but they came close. Prices was very reasonable. They completed the work in one day.

I bought a wheel by mistake and a person recommended this place to try to match the color of the other wheelsunfortunately they couldn't match it but I highly recommend this place now I have to buy another wheel and spend more

Had a bad experience with this business. Very uncommunicative and unprofessional, told me they could fix my wheels after seeing it in person twice and then called me to say they aren’t fixable and to pick them up. Wasted my time, damaged one of the tires while taking out the wheel, they wouldn’t put the tires back on the wheel either so I had 4 pieces to pick up and needed to buy another tire. I had my wheels fixed at another shop, so they aren’t capable either. Take your business elsewhere.

Unfortunately there are no stars less than one or they would get that. Do not order rims form here or bring them in for work. On a Tuesday I ordered a black rim to match the other 3 on my car via their website. Thank god a took a screenshot of the order because they don't even email you a receipt, order confirmation, or shipping information. On Thursday of the same week I was sent a silver one. I brought the rim in on Friday, and asked to exchange it out for the correct one. Low and behold the one rim that was black sold out. LIE. They never had the black rim and just sent the one rim they had for my car regardless of it being the incorrect color. Since it was the last rim and I was unable to find another one in the country (mine is on a 6 week back order from Germany) I asked if they could paint it to match. I showed them a picture of the very obviously BLACK rims on my car and they said they could do it no problem and that it would be ready on Monday. Went in on Wednesday to pick it up and their painter, whom I can only assume has one of the worst cases of colorblindness known to man, painted it one shade of silver darker. Not even a slate or charcoal, just a medium shade silver. I asked them to fix their mistake and nope, they can only paint them one time because they cut away material in order to do so. SO now I'm left with a f***ed up rim that I can't use. I then requested a refund and was told that since I ordered it through the website I would have to wait until tomorrow to call their main office in Texas because their manager didn't like giving out cash refunds for something that was bought online. What kind of 1986 operation are they running where they can't issue a refund on site? The moron stood there looking at me like we were done until I informed him that I'm not leaving without the money or the rim. He legit thought I was just going to leave without either. He then picked up the rim and started walking to my car. Uh, excuse me? No, I made him bring it back in side and put it back in a back since that was how I brought it. If I have to extend my effort to ship it back because they all royally screwed up they sure as hell were going to box it up for me. Un-f****ing believable. They are a complete unprofessional nightmare and have no business providing a service for money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs. Oh, and when you escalate it to Texas, same garbage service, except they even like to hang up on you.

After a phone conversation with WA-Oakland, I sent my 4 original, used, but refurbish-able 93 Honda Accord wheels for the $20/ea core they offered. After not receiving any word, I called them a week later. They said they received the wheels, that they were OK and agreed to send me $80 for them. A week later, still no word so I called again. They said the same thing and *again* nothing. I called a 3rd time and still nothing. Beware...
