This bank used to be great. Now it is another POORLY managed under staffed bank. If you need to go inside you better expect about half hour or so waiting in line. Only 1 to 2 tellers max. Terrible management. What a shame ?

Long line. 3 tellers. The manager just walking around, doing nothing. Then 1 Teller close his window. 2 tellers with 20 customers waiting in line

The security officer at this Wells Fargo location is a true professional. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service left a lasting impression on me. Despite encountering a line for the first time at this branch, his positive attitude and willingness to assist made the experience all the more enjoyable.

This branch never opens on Saturdays and closes before 5pm daily even though the schedule says they are opened Saturdays and closes at 6pm daily

I was running low on cash !!!I like the Drive Up ATM at this location!!!It's Brightly Lit and the Location is fairly safe .Usually there's a SLPD cruiser chilling out in the lot also.So I rolled there in my Whip and pulled out a 1/4 of a Rack to restock my Wallet.I also took care of some Banking!!!For all these reasons this is a Baller On a Budget Approved Establishment!!!!

They are friendly and professional.What I personally don't like is the long lines (sometimes outside the door 20 people waiting) ? also they continue to close at 12 noon on Saturdays even though Covid restrictions have ease a lot.

Teller lied about being about able to see a different account number on my card because she didn’t want to fill out the deposit slip.Called for the supervisor he spit the same lie out, I said I do this all the time at my Home Branch they said I was lying.Avoid this place at all costs. If they will lie to your face because they are lazy…what else could they be lying about at the DAVIS ST BRANCH

Stop by wells fargo bank today to pick up a Cashier check arrive around 11: 21 their were people in line very small line so I had plenty time to do my business before headed to work once inside the bank everything came to a stand still first there were three tellers one teller took forever with this one customer the second teller counted the money for this customer. And then the third teller left to go to lunch by now the line is getting longer behind me I stress out because now I'll running late for work I'll ask the manager to get more teller to help out l'll been standing here nearly 30 Minutes all he tell me he sorry by the time I got to the window and left the bank I was 20 minutes late for work due to the slow tellers also not enough tellers to serve the customers folks have lunch break also and take the time to go the bank would like In-N-Out service of the bank and not waiting for nearly 40 50 minutes it's crazy I'm thinking about closing my account with Wells Fargo and go somewhere else Wells Fargo sucks.
