One of the best locations in San Leandro downtown to just cash from Wells Fargo bank… You can get up to 5k from the ATM inside the bank Wells Fargo bank ???… with garage parking lot nearby by the bank!

I've come here often as it was the closest Wells fargo bank around. It certainly is better than its competitors in the area in terms of hospitality. It can get a little busy for teller transactions, so keep that in mind. I do more online banking now, and it helps that they have multiple atms ? including indoors.

Worst service ever. Took so long in line to ask my question. Tells me that have no one to help me when I see like five people just sitting down, one in front just having. A conversation with the security. Which that is something else when we came in both the guy and security just have a conversation no welcome or what can we get help with. The lady tells me they can’t help me to call customer service and I guess figure it out. I’ve had Wells Fargo for over 13 years now I know why I took it off and went to another bank for a year. Oh and let’s not forget when I’m walking out the security now decides to open the door for us and tells me we can’t even say thank you for opening the door. Worst Wells Fargo I’ve been to. No help at all and lazy and disrespectful.

I spent over 30 minutes in with only two tellers working, the line of customers continued to get longer and longer , this branch has terrible service. Avoid it if possible.

So far the worst Bank I've been to. 1 hour standing in front of the line waiting for 1 of 2 of the tellers there even tho there is 12 windows for 12 tellers. Manager should be fired and shamed for the way he/she runs it. With no choice but to come back since they charge to send zelle my rent to my landlord. If you can avoid this bank and drive 30 minutes out your way, I highly recommend that

I have had an account at Wells Fargo for 6 years but now it’s just getting to me how they never have enough people to help their customers. Wells Fargo need to do a better job and make sure that their customers are taken care of. There is no way that they should have 2 tellers for a whole line.

Yes! I do love WFB. They take good care of my money. Their app and online banking make it ultra easy and transparent. It's a giant bank. Yeah, some people don't like big banks but bigger is better for me! Plus, I love their colors and the whole stagecoach thing, right? The people have been handling money since the gold rush days! Now, the service inside the bank can be laborious for certain. Just getting to a teller to make deposits not accepted at the atm or online, can take considerable time. I wouldn't borrow money from them as there are far more competitive offers available if you're in that market. There are account minimums on some types of account to maintain a fee free ride!

Lazy staff don't want to help customers while they have no other work to do. Claim they have to wait 30 mins for a no-show customer before they can help anyone else. Ridiculous!

The manager was beyond amazing and extremely helpful in an emergency situation. The security guard was also extremely helpful and compassionate. No words could describe my gratitude for the service I received. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This Wells Fargo branch should be shut down. The workers in the business department are very rude. I will never use this branch for anything else.

I would like to thank the service manager/leader for her help, guidance, patience, and compassion helping me and a mentee of mine with sorting out what was needed. Love the human aspect of customer service at this branch!
