The staff provided great service, they were very kind and professional. AND we got our glasses in two weeks.I broke my glasses and I took them back..they repaired them on the spot! Thank you Walmart

This place always has issues. They can never find my insurance and last time they never called me to tell me my glasses were ready. This time, I went to get my lenses replaced. When I went to go pick up my glasses, Francesca noticed one of my screws were messed up and wouldn't be able to be fixed. I dropped off my glasses with the messed up screw and it was not mentioned to me. I paid over $100 to be given back broken glasses when I could've just used that money to buy a new pair for the same price. Then the manager tells me that my glasses shouldn't have even been accepted with the broken screw! Waste of my time and money.

I want to report a FRAUD.The supposed return policy on glasses says it has to within thirty days of coming in to see the doctor and making payments. Thus return policy doesn’t factor in the two weeks it takes for your glasses to be ready for pick up after seeing the doctor.Now in my case, it took a month(30 days) for my glass to be ready for pick up.Upon receipt of my glasses, I noticed it was really wide, and told them and it was adjusted. Within a month after receiving my glass, I have done this adjustment twice already. I asked for the frame to be changed and was told about the fraudulent return policy giving me the impression that absolutely nothing can be done.If you need a pair of prescription glasses, just go to Costco(less expensive too). Don’t bother coming here because their after sale service is terrible and return policy is a fraud. Thank you.

I went to the Vision Center because of my bad eyes, but the staff in it had a very bad attitude. When I communicated with them, I could feel their impatience.

Sorry for downgrading this because most of the people as well as the service are usually pretty great. I'd give it 3.5 stars if Yelp had half stars. I do appreciate most of the people here but was pretty annoyed that it too from early April to mid-July for my glasses and contacts to be ready. I'd call every month or so to check and they said I don't need to do that, that they'd contact me by text or phone. I called again to check early July because it had been three months. They said your glasses have been ready but your contacts aren't. They didn't have a reason why and when I asked why nobody called to let me know about the glasses, they kept insisting they had texted me. I'm like yeah no you didn't, I'd have seen it for sure. What number did you send it to? Didn't want to tell me, said I'd have to check their files when I come in. I'm insisting so they pull up and read back the #, it's one digit off. Which is weird to me, I've gone here for years. So I try to fix it by phone and she's like no, just do it when you get here, in the office. OK np. So I call a couple weeks later, contacts ordered 4/2 now ready mid-July. Great, I'll go. I drive there from Martinez on the next Saturday and try to explain this all about changing my # etc to the backup or fill-in receptionist, a middle-aged Indian woman (that doesn't matter at all but I just don't remember her name, only that it started with S) was so belittling and rude it was pretty humiliating - why are you here? Do you have an appt? Who told you to fix it here? And on and on so much that I asked if I was bothering her or if she was having a bad day, which made it worse/she got louder, so i just said never mind, I'd take care of it some other time. Picked up my stuff, the guy and other lady working the front fitting area were nice, but I doubt I'll be back there. I felt comfortable w/Marta & Dr.Kim but the longs waits + that rude lady make it not worth the drive anymore. I would have let it go and not mentioned it here but with people like that, you know they're doing that to others, too. The office should know.

These kids are making minimum wage I would imagine and for what one gets for the money I'm happy. The young ladies who for the most part are busy but are polite and treated me great when I ordered my glasses.

The vision center employees are horrible at communicating I have been calling for my glasses and no one informed me there were issues also they violated HIPPA someone else’s health information was mixed in with my forms... overall they are horrible will be looking for somewhere else to go.

I love the vision center my name is Elana and my girl Marcy has been working with me the whole 7 and some odd years I've been coming there she is the best she's on time she don't give you no long drag out story she gets to the point and look here.. she's a very hard worker she keeps a smile come on now I give Marcy 10 stars for being a part of the team at The vision Center at the Walmart in San Leandro thumbs up to Marcy..
