Dirty, ghetto and very understaffed! The pharmacists are incompetent and online it says they’re 24 hours but they don’t open until 10 AM!

This location seems very understaffed. The drive through is often closed, there is usually a big line and you are on hold for 20-40 minutes before they answer the phone. I moved to Costco pharmacy, they are much more helpful and answer their phone after a couple of rings. Saying I hate Walgreens is an understatement.

You should close this branch. A lot of patients will suffer if you keep the lazy employees there. 1 star is the lowest. Can you come up with ratings that has negative stars? Pretty please?

don't listen to the "deals". If you don't have a phone number with them/ the app, they will not give you the deals. This might be very obvious but no "price marked down" tag specified this. I expected to get a $3 item for $2 and a deal with 3 for $4. Calculated my total to be about $11 but ended up being $19. Really bummed because only reason I bought for this overpriced store was for the deals. But I guess not ??♀️??♀️

Terrible pharmacy

Awful store. Posted closing hours are 10 PM. Any time I have arrived between 9:35 and 9:50 the doors are locked. Security guard at the door just shrugs his shoulders and points to the manager saying it's her decision. I have complained about this to Walgreens before with no response.Walgreens, is this really the best you can do? Can you not hire competent managers willing to keep your store open during posted hours? Thankful there are CVS & Rite-Aid options in my area, because I won't be using Walgreens anytime soon.

Needs a refresh. The parking area was dirty and the inside seemed run down. I wouldn't come back to this Walgreens. Just a mile away is a better, cleaner, safer CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I switched over to this pharmacy in July of 2022 and it has been a nightmare. Every time I have gone (around once a month) there has been some major issue. 4 times, they said I had no insurance on file, which is incorrect, and I bring my insurance every time because they are constantly losing it.
My doctor wrote me a life-saving prescription that was for a 3 month period (so that I could afford it, it is cheaper on my insurance to pay for 3 month doses instead if monthly by thousands of dollars). I tried to get this 3 month supply filled for over a month. Every time I went or called, they said they were waiting for a shipment, they just placed one on Sunday. After a month of trying to get this medicine, I was leaving the state for a 14 day period and was going to run out if this medicine, which would kill me. They still didn't have it ordered but said they could split the order into 2 parts, I would pick up the first 10 doses that day and when I returned to the state 14 days later, I could pick up the second dose and it would still be under the same insurance bill. I returned to pick up my second dose and was told they could not find the prescription. Once I explained what happened, they found it, but then the ticket was closed for me to get the second part of my order since it was longer than 10 days. Even though I explicitly told the pharmacist that I would be out of the state for 14 days. In addition to not being able to get this medicine without being charged thousands of dollars instead of the 100 it was supposed to be, I had 3 more prescriptions sent to this location for 3 different medicines. One of the medicines was sent 15 days earlier and I have the e-precription on my phone. I asked them about the prescription and the girl said they will probably receive it in a few hours. I asked why a prescription from 15 days earlier would not be there and would magically show up in hours and could not get an answer. I asked about the other 2 prescriptions that were sent 24 hours prior and they had no record of these as well even though I have the e-transaction of these prescriptions being sent and received at the pharmacy. I asked to speak to a manager since the staff at the counter clearly never knows what they are doing or how to pull my medicines, and was told to call later. I left and called a d was told there was no manager. When I angrily expressed that they were killing me by intervening in providing medicines that are required for me to take daily by failing to fill, communicate, and execute refill/medicine requests, the same girl at the counter told me she could now release one of my vials of medicines since I was out. She told me there was no manager and to call back tomorrow afternoon if I wanted to speak to somebody who was not her. This is the poorest run pharmacy I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous, the staff is incompetent and are a prime example of our failing healthcare system. I instructed all of my doctors to pull my medicines to a Rite Aid so that I do not have to worry if I'm going to have the medicine I need to stay alive on a daily basis. Being sick is hard enough without the added stress and inability to fill prescriptions that this pharmacy demonstrates. San leandro would be better of going to an entirely different store because this walgreens is actually the most infuriating and incapable store I have EVER been to.

Just waited 30 minutes in line to pick up pain meds for a dental procedure. The girl says we have nothing for you. I said check again and she still says no prescription. I go home and call my dentist and he says it's there. So I call Walgreens and ask if I have a prescription and they say yes. So when I'm there in pain they can't find my prescription. When I get home they have it. Now I have to go back. Just had teeth pulled and in some serious pain but Walgreens is giving me the run around. This pharmacy needs retraining. Unacceptable that you can't find people's prescriptions. Pure incompetence.

This place can't find people's prescriptions. I was told I have no prescription so I leave the drive thru and park. I jump on the phone and the person on the phone says they have a prescription for me. If a pharmacy can't even find people's prescription, I don't trust they have the competence to fill prescriptions properly. Total fail.

Been here a couple times , and it’s sketchy someone should get the owner of the place involved . They always say accepting cash only when the card reader works just fine . It’s always the evening people not the morning or afternoon cashiers asking customers to pay cash ? only
