Rude ass workers have no respect. I literally asked for a return and a girl had a whole mental breakdown. Like I don't got aniexty too??? The man threw the receipt, at me after I said I didn't have an id right after I just seen him to get my shut I wanted to return.

Needs a refresh. The parking area was dirty and the inside seemed run down. I wouldn't come back to this Walgreens. Just a mile away is a better, cleaner, safer CVS.

This place can't find people's prescriptions. I was told I have no prescription so I leave the drive thru and park. I jump on the phone and the person on the phone says they have a prescription for me. If a pharmacy can't even find people's prescription, I don't trust they have the competence to fill prescriptions properly. Total fail.

The Supervisor Adriane was so Polite and Professional. She made my shopping experience at Walgreens on 136th very easy. Because of her Great Customer Service, I will Always Only shop at that Walgreens and I will also recommend my Friends and Family to shop at that Walgreens as wellGOD Bless.

One of the most unprofessional Walgreens i have ever been to. Ordered a package online and had it delivered to this location and they would not release it to me. I gave them my ID, tracking number , and original receipt of purchase all showing my name & address. So called "manager" at the photo station got upset and walked off when i explaining the pickup process to her. Can't recommend not going here enough.

I made an appointment to have a Covid test at 3:45. There's a long line through the drive thru and the email specifically says you can't walk in, have to wait in the drive thru. I call the store to see if I can walk in and they say no, I just have to wait and they'll still take me, just people come and their prescription isn't ready. Over a 15 minute wait and I haven't moved at all. No point in making an appointment, they won't honor your time.

Before taking a cruise to the Bahamas I scheduled and took a COVID test which is a requirement to board the ship. After I got to Miami I checked my test results and they were inconclusive. Do not trust this pharmacy for your COVID test. I had to pay extra $200 for a new test before I was able to board the ship. Terrible service I see why this place has bad reviews!!!!

Called the place to see if they do photos, a hr later I show up and the photo is closed because lack of staff. Went the next day and it’s closed.

Horrible customer service.. i made an online order and when i wanted to pick up i was told it wasn't ready... that was literally 3 hours after receiving ready for pickup message. And the girl and manager were not helpful at all. I asked them if they could at least cancel my order and they said to do it online which it didn't allow me to do so.. so frustrating

The cashiers are so snobby like they own the place! I earn more money than you. Duh! Be nice to customers! They really trashed this place. So dirty too!

If not for the fact that Walgreen's is providing potentially life saving drugs in the form of a third Covid-19 shot, this review would read a bit differently. It's the pharmacy being understaffed that leads to the steam coming off of all the head of the people waiting in a very slow moving line. Us? We're fine but I wouldn't use this pharmacy for any other reason ever ever ever. The rest of the store has the usual stuff except most anything of value is not on display. Parking lot is a challenging but I kinda like Walgreens too!

Prescription times are unreliable. Both automated and online information is wrong. They will hang up on you after being on hold for an hour or more, this has happened to me every time I have called. If i want any answers I have called the store manager who has to go in person to talk to the pharmacist. The lines inside and at drive up are also 1 hour plus. They are disorganized and unprofessional.
