I went to this store with the intention of buying an iPhone 15 . I seen online that they had multiple available. I had a rep help me out, I don't remember the name, but they kept saying they didn't have the phone when it showed available online and they kept insisting I go to another store because they don't have the phone . Which doesn't make since when the online said you had multiple phones in stock and I checked that same day . "I was having issues placing the order with my card so I had to go in store to finish the order . I felt like they were not trying to help me and trying to get me to go to another store . Very poor customer Experience . I did end up leaving to another store and they said the San Leandro store had the phone I wanted in stock and wasn't sure why they didn't want to sell it to me and sent me there . Complete waste of my time !! Why not just sell me the phone

Ruby did a great job this weekend of restoring my Samsung phone after it started erasing everything and I couldn't stop it. She was patient, efficient and highly professional. Now I always go to this store even though it is a bit out of my way because they have fixed issues that a franchise store could not fix. I also like the fact that they don't try to sell you a new product when the current phone can be fixed.

Their lack focus on customer needs. Their front staff are not knowledgeable for the needs of travelers and visitors. If you are looking for a SIM with the kind of data and call packages that stays with you even when you are away for couple of months, Verigin is not the place to look for this service. Their staff offered suggestion which are not cost savings and it is as if you keep your sim even when you are going to be away. Such suggestion you can get anywhere.

I love my phone and watch I got but felt so awkward with the entire process of getting the items. I came in , in need of a new phone. the man who helped me kept suggesting different iPhones that were out of stock for in stores, I finally settled on an iPhone 15 which was there. the man kept questioning mocking me for not getting any additions, in a very subtle way where me and my friend both noticed his awkward side comments on me not getting other items. so I decided to add an Apple Watch to the purchase. As I was ready to pay , the purchase wouldn't go through with the only card I use or purchases and I had no issues with my card at all. I have the funding for the purchase. the employee doubted my funding and made me call my bank and also suggested for my friend to pay for me ??? anyways, I called my bank , no issue . I used my friends phone to sign into my bank account to check to make sure everything was okay but while doing this the employee gave no privacy and stood right behind me as I checked my bank even after my request for privacy I had to step away after. again no issues with funding or my card service. the employee finally used a different card reader for my purchase and it worked perfectly. and mind you while he's acting weird, his little iPhone was cracked to hell!! This employee was nice but needs some more training on social interactions his service makes me hate Verizon. Most awkward transaction ever.

If I could give no stars I would. I've been a Verizon customer for very long. I've decided to make the switch with my wife's phone onto my plan. I ordered on the phone with a cell's agent for a new iPhone. That I was supposed to pick up same day in store. It was not ready the same day so I waited till the next day. I called customer service before driving all the way to San Leandro. To pick up this order to verify that it was ready. They contacted the store. They verified that the items were ready and not still in progress. They also put notes in my profile for if I had any issues once I arrived to the store with the management telling me a different story as I arrived to the store I was greeted by a very rude no customer service experience worst person I've ever dealt with in my life and his name was Marlin. There is no way that this man should work at this location or do any type of customer service with any company. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. After asking for the manager, the manager was very impatient, had no time to deal with me, told me my order was not ready he would not look into my profile to see the conversation that I had with customer care he did nothing for me. I told him that I would just get back on the phone with customer care to figure out what just happened and he said go right ahead as I was there for an hour and a 1/2 on the phone with customer care, he came out in front of me and put the items in the locker and didn't say one word to me, he did not apologize to me for the service. He did not apologize to me for the attitude of his employee, he did not say one word but walked right past me and put it in the. Locker as I'm on the phone with customer care, they told me that just now your items were made ready in the locker and provided me with a code. I've never in my life felt so disrespected so be little. I would never recommend someone to ever go to this location in their life. I am fully disgusted and disappointed with Verizon. Their customer service and this location's management and employees. I will never again come to this store.

The worst phone company I’ve ever had. Verizon service is so bad their customer service phones don’t even have a solid signal. They hang up on you more than if you were trying to sell them a newspaper!! I have this company.

Its unfortunate when a place of business has its doors locked before the advertised closing time. Its rude when the employees inside are smiling at you as they wave you away. Its bad business as they state no more and shaking thier heads at you. Not sure what the policy in regards to closing procedures however what I do know the Customer is definitely not being serviced.

I enjoy coming to the main store. The staff is nice, helpful, and they always have a promotion when I come to the store. I don’t like going to some of the retail stores because the service not the same.

My phone was stolen so I went there for help and the African American woman who works there looked in the box of my new iphone that was sent to me as a replacement and asked me where I got the tool to open the side to put my sim card in and if the tool came with it. I told her yes it came in the box and she walked away with it. I knew she was up to something. Lady if you wanted it you could have asked for it. I would have happily given it to you because I know you need it more than me. When I asked for it back all she said was, \"what did I do with it?\" Then went and hid in the back and didn't come back out. It made me feel like I was ripped off again! SHADY!!
