I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for our mail carrier. They consistently deliver our mail on time and in excellent condition.
They always have a friendly smile and a wave, which brightens my day. And go the extra mile to ensure packages are placed securely, especially during bad weather. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

I did both of my sister's and my first passport applications here. We didn't have an appointment so we walked in. At around 11:45, a person will make you list your name on their sign-in sheet and it's first come first serve. I went at around 10:40 and I was the very first in line. After 20 minutes, the line was almost to the door so I suggest coming in really early. The whole process took me less than 10 mins because I had all of my documents ready and I'm sure the employees will appreciate that. Also, make sure that you have one passport photo with you prior to coming in. Employees are friendly, too.

Lori at passport services was super nice and efficient!! I made an appointment ahead of time and she was available to do mine right on time. The workers in the lobby were also very friendly and helpful.

Was in and out requested some small boxes for future shipping purposes because there was no more up front and got denied because there was a long line. I guess if you go there make sure your unprepared rude and cursing so you can get service.

My passport Renewal expedite package never arrived at the Passport office. I tracked the package and showed it was at the San Leandro office. The manager taught her employees how to read the status that was already scanned and out for delivery. They said nothing they could do. It had been 6 weeks and my check was not cashed. If it lost, somebody might possibly return to me because it was important. It is very shady. It could be stolen for other use. I was disappointed about how USPS did not want to do an investigation on a very important package. I clearly have the date, and checking the camera was so easy or asking the delivery person. And of course they would not be able to do that because of the procedure.

I had been searching for 2 months for online appointments to an appointment for a new passport and everything was booked. Saw a Yelp Review on this location saying to get here an hour before 9am and they'll help, that's exactly what I did and it worked. This location helps the first 10 people who don't have any appointments so get there early!

Went there checking for passport service, the lady BEE was so helpful and willing to do extra search help for urgent need. And get a lot information form her that help me through the appointment and material checking and other questions. And at the time I leave I left my ID at the desk she bring that to my car, that was so kind of her. Really nice people.

We were frantically looking for passport renewals for upcoming trip. I called this facility. Spoke to a live person extremely helpful. Told me the details of walk in appointments. We showed up the next day 8:30AM. Wrote our name on the check in list by a young lady that worked there at the post office to sign up if we did not have an appointment and were there as a walk-in for passport renewals. They literally open at 9 AM sharp we had all of our paperwork and pictures ready to go. Just like that within eight minutes we were completed and paid receipt with a nine week turnaround time for our passports. The entire facility and Staff were kind, efficient and helpful.
