Wow. This branch is horrible. I am Latina ( which is actually important for this post. Also, I am not into giving negative reviews or jumping on the racial discrimination bans wagon. ) One of our employees who is also Latina goes to the branch every month for 14 months. EVERY month the same female employee ( I will not name her.) Helps our employee. EVERY MONTH the bank employee calls my husband to "verify for our protection" that he wrote the check. My husband and I have gotten so upset by this he went down there in PERSON and actually spoke with this employee telling her literally for the 15th time this is his employee and it is alright to cash Her pay check today he got a call from this SAME LADY about her check and then DENIED to cash this check for our employee. We called the main customer service number. This bank employee has given our employee issues for 14 months now. It has escalated to the point she refused to even cash a PRE- AUTHORIZED check. No one else has had this issue from this bank employee except our Latina employe, also this is the first time we have experienced this type of escalating negative treatment and hope this employee will be fired. I am filing a Civil Rights Discrimination case against her. I hope you all are treated better. It is so sad, we have been doing business with this bank over 20 years. After the treatment we and our wonderful employee have received, we will be switching completely to PNC Bank. I hope this review finds you all in good health and spirits.Dr. Navarro

Was not happy the teller wouldn't confirm my check while I was at the branch. She said I had to come back after she verified it and never called me back. The information to verify is on the check and she refused to call them stating she had to call the branch. But never did and never followed up with me.

Very nice employees but such a hassle to bank there! Saturday afternoon the branch is closed and the atm is broken yet again. Had to go to Chase across the street to use their atms. Which of course I’m charged fees and penalized a fee by my own bank for being a customer.

So I came in this U.S. Bank Branch today to upgrade my secured credit card. The line was long and I had to wait a bit to talk to a bank teller. I told the bank teller that I wanted to upgrade my secured credit card and she told me I had to apply for a new credit card and cancel my secured credit card. Which would result in me losing my credit history on my secured credit card. I asked her if she can verify this information with a supervisor, she asked someone who I assume is a supervisor and she also agreed I had to cancel my card. How do these bank tellers and supervisors not know basic information like upgrading a credit card? If I didn't know this information I could have lowered my credit score dramatically. Anyways right after I called the U.S. bank credit card customer service and the nice receptionist helped me. These U.S. bank branch supervisors need to be retrained in products and services U.S. bank offers and basic knowledge of how credit score works and is calculated. Because this is ridiculous, I could have screwed up my credit score for a while.

If you can avoid this branch at all costs. Today I came to withdraw money and the lines were long per usual. However, when I went to pay my rent the person at the window had to tell me that one of the $100 bills I received were fake. So I went back to the bank and spoke to the branch manager and she said there was nothing that she could do because I had already left the bank. Then I asked her could she run the tape back and zoom in on the money and she told me that she didn't know the procedure. She checked all the bills in the light, DID NOT RUN THEM THROUGH THE MONEY COUNTER like the previous teller did not and then only took the one fake bill. Once she got done she photocopied the fake bill, and stapled it to the photocopied bill. Once that was done, she proceeded to tell me that she was going to turn in the money and that the secret services would conduct an investigation and they would do an investigation. I called customer service and they told me that is not the procedure for fake money and that she was supposed to file a claim and I needed to go back to the bank to get a claim number. So I go back to the bank and talk to the teller that gave me the fake money and tell her what customer said about the claim. She speaks to the branch manager and then I tell her what customer service said. The teller that gave me the fake money then says "I don't know why customer service didn't do the claim for her." I then tell her that because they transaction occurred at the branch, the branch has to file the claim. I'm not quite sure what kind of training these employees received or didn't receive but this isn't a good look. And what's crazy to me is that the teller lied and said she checked the bills before she gave me the money when she didn't. Now I'm out of this money until "ThEy Do An InVeStIgAtIoN". I need for these ppl to do better than this because I took this money to another bank to make a deposit. I could've went to jail for this and nobody sees it in this manner.

Dear Branch Manager, First of all, I got scammed by one of your customer. I called your Fraud Dept. and suggested to speak to You. You need communication and empathy. It's Covid-Pandemic, you have to be at your Professionalism and have Nice. Do you think I want to be SCAMMED by Heartless and Useless Money, Greedy, Evil People? They got nothing better to do, but Steal money from people like us who are working hard for our Money. I am being Nice about this Review, but You need a New Career like Me. We should go in collection business or spa business of course outdoor! Let me know. Always, Jojo

I was just in this Branch location. The broken ATM outside forced me into the building to do a withdrawal. There was only one teller still open. I was worried to have to be inside due to this pandemic situation. Not only did the teller not have gloves on and made me sign a withdrawal slip with a community one , he also insisted that I remove my mask so he could identify me from my DL. I'm nearly 70, standing in a public spot where god knows who has been standing and talking spewing their air droplets that have been clustering for hours and he insists I remove my face mask?!So that I can now breath that into my lungs? Are your tellers really that stupid? YOU NEED TO FIGURE OUT NEW PROTOCOLS for God's sake...I'm so upset I can't see straight..and now I'm compromising all the rest of my family

I called 3 US BANK branches and not one could do an international wire. I phoned the Bayfair Branch and the manager said to come to that branch and do the international wire. Even though it is out of my way I drove to the branch and have been sitting here for 50 minutes! No place to sign in, no acknowledgement that I was waiting, NOTHING!! Even though the bank makes money from my money there is absolutely no CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will recommend to my client that their money is better in another bank.

Let me start off with this.... my boyfriend & I originally made an appointment with Rosie at the E14th location but before we walked into the bank the doors were locked. I was like something happened cuz there's hella police! So I called & was advised to go to the Bayfair location. We found out from a customer that was inside the bank that they had been robbed! Thank God we didn't come early! So now this review is for the Bayfair location. The bank was packed! I'm guessing it was crowded because every customer was being diverted to this location. I'm glad we were too otherwise we wouldn't of had the best customer service in banking history. Myisha LITERALLY took her time with my boyfriend, his brother and I. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours! We had such a complicated transaction due to the circumstances. I'm not going to go in detail but do know that Myisha had great customer service, compassion, funny and sympathetic all rolled into one. I can't stress this enough how she took her time with us! We all walked out SATISFIED! And at the end of the day she told us where to eat! Thank you Myisha! You're the best!

The young woman Diana Nguyen I believe, she is South East Asian, is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Please evaluate your employees. I do not care if they are managers or not. She is extremely rude and silences customers. The young Asian male teller named An was extremely nice unlike Diane.
