Worst company ever. We received a $1300 cabinet and it was first held up for 2 days at their warehouse and then it was just dropped off next to our trash cans in our driveway (visible to anyone who wants to take it). They never called or rang the bell - they just dropped it without a signature. If I hadn't signed up for delivery notification I would not have known it was delivered. I would never use this company, and if I order something and the vendor says they use this company I'll cancel my order.

They won't ship your stuff until you contact them. Contacting them is close to impossible. They tell you they'll ship it a certain day and then cancel. They don't guarantee shipping dates... a supervisor directly told me "well what if no one shows up to work again?" They also "didn't have a truck" for one of my dates. I can't believe I actually received my product but it was 3 weeks late with many failed attempts. I pray for the fools that work at this company or have to deal with TForce!

T Force continues to give false information about shipment times. Tracking shipment progress given is not accurate. Uncoordinated, customer service did nothing just give false information.
Do not waste your time using this company. It takes so long and no updates of shipment.

I’m wondering if anyone has taken into account that there is a driver shortage as well as difficulties finding people to work in their office? After reading the reviews, I’m curious to know if anyone ever took that into consideration? Just asking. I’m sure they’re trying to get the deliveries done and over with, but are just incredibly busy!

Good Luck getting them to show up! Every time i book they just keep being to "busy" to show up. I usually have to cancel and book some other company. So don't waste your time and just book with some one else..

Undesirable first experience, our shipment requires coordinated drop off times and efforts and T Force continues to give false information about when I will be notified about the shipment times.Uncoordinated, unprofessional, customer service did nothing so support or update our team on the delivery.

This carrier terminal cancels pick ups at their convenience and offer no explanation. If you have to call customer service to check on a pick up and they say “customer eric canceled your order” it means dispatch did it, but sustainer service associates don’t know each dispatcher by name, so they think he’s a customer. I’ve dealt with this several times. This last time they finally showed up and only picked up 3/4 orders and then lied and said they came back for the last one but were told it wasn’t ready. It was ready last Friday, but now isn’t ready by the following Wednesday? They never showed. They also will not deal with you at the terminal, they will act like they’re going to place you on hold to help, and then transfer you to general customer service. They also blocked my business number and cell. I know because when I call from different numbers they pick up immediately. There was no confrontation, they just block you for calling them period. If this is your nearest t force terminal don’t book tforce.

I was so nervous to go there because of all the negative reviews. My experience was overall positive. Because it is a freight receiving facility with not the greatest signage, it was confusing to know where to go if you are picking up a personal package, but everyone we interacted with were very helpful and professional. If you are not a trucker, just go through the same gate as the trucks and go to the far north end of the facility to the ramp so you can get up into the building and go to the office at the center of the facility. You will need to sign for the pick up and someone will be able to fork lift the item to your vehicle. Only complaints would be that, yes it does seem that the number provided for this facility just goes to some central call center and not the actual facility and I never received a call to come pick up the package. I saw my package had arrived by tracking it on their website and was told at the call center that it was still in the truck, so I should wait until later the following day to pick it up. Following this direction worked for me.

I never write reviews but this company promised me an 11-4 delivery while I waited for 5 hours to install a door that was to be delivered. When I called them they said the driver had problems with his truck door at 11:30 but never let me know. After contacting corporate headquarters they promised me it would be delivered today between 2-3 and it’s now 4:00 without a delivery and they can’t tell me when. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! You’ll be sorry…

Absolutely the worst service ever. I recommend if you see your shipment coming from xforce freight you need to call whoever that’s sending the freight to cancel the order immediately and have xforce freight bring back the order to the sender. Then contact your credit card company to get your refund since you never get the freight. If you don’t do this, you will waste hours of your life and regret deeply.Their tracking system is awful and instead of reaching out to me to schedule a delivery appointment, I had to spent hours figuring out the right phone numbers to call to schedule the delivery which is much delayed than as shown on their website.Do yourself a favor and whenever you see your shipment coming from this company, just cancel that order and purchase from another company that doesn’t use this freight service. I will also let the company that I ordered from that unless they change their freight service, I will never purchase anything from them again. If I see them using this company to send my order I will cancel it immediately as well and request a refund

TForce freight delivered a set of patio furniture that I ordered from Costco.com. They were scheduled to deliver it between 3 and 6 pm, but it was in our driveway when we got home at 2 pm. My wife and I, both over 60, had to deal with very heavy boxes, stacked on top of each other, on top of a couch-sized wooden pallet. We had to unpack and move the heavy furniture to our backyard, and now we have a lot of large cardboard boxes, packing material, and a very large wooden pallet, still in our driveway. When I called TForce to complain, they said that's the way they do it, and we had to deal with all the garbage. I've complained to Costco about this, and I hope they'll switch to a different delivery company.

trash. Pallet stuck with them for almost a month and is still stuck with them. Contacted multiple times but it seems they have a foreign dispatch team that has no direct communication with Tforce on-site as I’ve had to put in multiple requests and tickets to be contacted by TFORCE, and have yet to do so. I took all week off work this week just to sit around and wait , while I have a newborn that’s less than 2 months old that needs to be focused on. Seeing from the other reviews and lack there of respect the company seems to have for the “customers” it’s a no surprise why some people have the attitudes they do and the jobs that they have, but it’s even more of a surprise that this continues to happen.

the customer service & dispatch are terrible, super rude, they are deserved negative star, not one.
