It says it’s closed at 5 pm but when I got there 5 mins before the closing time. It was already closed. She’s already logged out of the computer. Not very professional

Don't use this place to send out large UPS packages. They say that they don't have space, which is weird. (The package was 30 inches x15 inches x10 inches. So not exactly big either.) We came on a weekday afternoon. UPS trucks pick up packages daily at the end of the afternoon. They didn't need to hang onto the package for more than MAYBE 2 hours. But they rejected it. So we went to another UPS store a few miles away.

The customer service here is severely lacking. I am willing to give a place the benefit of the doubt even after a few bad experiences. But I have now found the staff at this location to be consistently rude and unhelpful on many occasions.

i be waiting 30mins just trying to drop off my items and they do have a lady come up to front dash not even try to help and I did ask her can I get any help so she said you have wait if you can’t wait go to other ups wth is that this is my first time head this from the worker

Trouble customer service!!!!!!
I believe the customer service representative stole my Amazon return which was brand new airpod pros, asked for the manager she was no help, basically shrugged her shoulders as if this was only my problem, and I guess it is.... $300.00 plus down the drain ...
I would advise not to do any business in here . Run!!!!!

I have been a customer since 2018.. everyone is helpful.. sometimes if it’s a new hire .. they might need more assistance, but other than that .. I have no issues ..

Absolutely the worst location. I’ve tried on three separate occasions to make an Amazon return because they could only be returned at UPS. The first time they told me, the bag I had my item wasn’t good enough. Even though it was the original packing. They told me to go to the grocery store across the parking lot and get a bag from there and bring it back and use that. The kid working the register said he had a bag and would give it to me and the manager said no. I went to the next nearest UPS store and they took it. The second time I gave them a shot, thinking maybe that manager wasn’t there and the same thing happened. Today was my last attempt. I gave them a third shot, and they refused to take my package because they wanted it in an additional bag. And for the third time I went to the next closest UPS, and they took it immediately. Based on these reviews, it seems to only be this location that sucks so hard.

They are the worst UPS store there is. One of the employees made my package go missing. Idk if they stole my package but they didn’t sent my package like they were supposed to. Some mexican girl ripped my label off my package and put it on some random package. the employee was some ghetto mexican girl with long acrylic nails that looked like she didn’t want to be there.I’m definitely going to be reporting this store. They definitely need a new owner, employees, manager , literally everything. They are also very unprofessional and they don’t care nor do their job correctly. Go to another UPS do NOT go to this one by Bay Fair. I hope they see this review too, y’all are horrible
