They sat on my package for a whole day before moving it along. Who runs this place? Right, UPS does

$5 to print a single page document. Where I am from, that is considered extortion. ?

UPS mail innovations is complete garbage, no meaningful tracking provided. They stole packages. I used prepaid labels for three separate packages sent on 2/22/2023, 3/7/2023, and 12/16/2023, as of 2/6/2024, none of them has been delivered.Like

I have two orders from two different companies lost within this “Mail innovations” company. Completely inept and horrible. Get your damn act together.

My daughter was charged $55 for shipping a package weighing less than 1 pound to New York. These were SOCKS--the woman behind the counter presented a shipping option as being the cheapest for 3-day select. We should have cancelled the order, so this is on us, but pretty unethical regardless. Lesson learned.

I had a wonderful experience at this Post Office. The facility was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They quickly processed my mail and ensured it was properly packaged for safe delivery. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Post Office, this is the place to go!

They fax here. I called FexEx at Marina Square and they are charging $2.50 per page. At this store it's $1.50. Workers are friendly and very efficient. Customers in and out. Love this store.

The worst mail service I've ever experienced. The item I ordered has been stuck in limbo at UPS MI San Leandro for over a month.

Went there for the notary service. The kid (the notary signing agent) is very rude. He doesn't want to notarize my documents because he doesn't know what's that for. He could've explained it nicely. By the way, I went there last year to notarize the same document and he notarized it.

This UPS store experience was "THE BEST!"From the moment I entered I was offered help & assistance, QUICKLY & FRIENDLY!Everyone, including the owner, was on board to assist customers so there would be no long wait times. Clearly, this shows Customer Service ranks HIGH @ this UPS Location!I needed help with what I was there to do, NO PROBLEM, 'MINAL' was happy to do so; knowledgeable, quick, friendly & courteous! Eric, another employee, observed Minal was busy with me, so he immediately stepped up his pace and diligently & quickly helped incoming customers. Will I return to this particular UPS STORE location, Absolutely! As a matter of fact, I'm making this my official "GO TO"THE UPS STORE!I DEFINITELY vote to give this store a visit! You will not be disappointed.Martha A.Oakland, CA

My partner and I came to this location earlier this week as we needed a document notarized and emailed to an attorney ASAP. Really glad we came here as it's practically a one-stop shop!We were welcomed in and helped by John. He took down our information, notarized our documents, and we even shared what parts of the Philippines our families are from. Talk about being personable! We also needed help emailing copies of the notarized documents to our attorney and thankfully, The UPS Store offers this service, too! Once we paid, Brandon walked us over to the copier machine where he was able to scan the files. He also asked us to confirm if the destination email addresses he entered were correct (thank goodness he asked us to verify because it was off by 1 letter, but that was probably due to my messy writing on a post-it note). Our attorney received the scanned files almost immediately, which was a big sigh of relief.John and Brandon- thanks again for all the help and great customer service! We will definitely come back!

Nelson should not be working at the UPS store if he does not know simple customer service skills nor If he doesn't know not to call a paying customer's names while on the floor and while customers are present and employees. The fact that A UPS employee was arguing with me calling me names made me feel very uncomfortable.I also do believe that the owners of the establishment should know about this because if Nelson did this to me , just imagine how many other people that he's done this too and they just haven't reported it.

This company attempted to sell packaging and charge me to mail a prepaid package back to AT&T. I can not recommend a company that charge for prepaid mail services.

Rudest manager Eric, and his staff. Was ok before, never had a problem but today was not. UPS ground delivered a package to us, box was smashed and contents, glassware were broken. Figured local ups store would be more understanding and customer service oriented as per their website values. We wanted to show them what their company did, even if you are a franchise, you represent UPS. So first thing said was you need to tape up the smashed box. If they do it, they will charge $10 for tape, label need to be printed, if he does, charge $5, for one page!Ridiculous, and an embarrassment to UPS store values, what customer service! Made a bad situation worse, and do not care.
