Fantastic service! I'd like to thank Upline and their crew for their invaluable contribution to our move. Esteban, Christian, Victor and Deren got to our house and imedietly got to work. They had hour house and garage packed and driving off in their truck in less than 6 hours. Two weeks later, It was time for delivery at the new place. They picked up our stuff from storage and showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They had all our stuff moved into a 5th floor and furniture assembled in just over 4 hours. Was great watching the teamwork come together from this crew.

After four seamless moves with Upline - we highly recommend them! Upline's pricing is reasonable and their team is highly-skilled. Our most recent 6-hour move could have taken less skilled movers easily 8-10 hours but because of the teamwork, planning and organization at Upline - we saved big and everything was delivered safely. Christian, Esteban and Alvaro methodically coordinated our move-out in less-than ideal circumstances, as another team of movers was also working around us in the same space (accidentally mis-scheduling their arrival date), to ensure all tasks were managed efficiently without working on top of each other. Thanks Upline for taking such quality care of our precious pieces!

I used them years ago. I wasn't treated very well and neither were my belongings. It weird this is showing up on my feed again. Hope they have changed their ways.

We have not yet completed our move with Upline but our initial phase work to negotiate our move with art work, etc. with Debbie has been excellent with almost immediate responses and practical solutions to my problems and questions.We certainly expect a continuation of their top notch service for our coming move out of state!

From my initial interaction with the Upline office staff in the Bay Area, my meeting with Dale to discuss charges & services, & more recently with Amber, who went way above & beyond to insure the delivery here in Austin would meet my wife's & my travel schedule, even when it seemed that would not be possible, I have been very impressed with the personalized customer service that has consistently been provided. As I await local delivery here in Austin, I wanted to add my positive comments to the online reviews, & also give a special & heartfelt thanks to Amber for her very critical part in making everything come together so well. If we ever need moving services in the future, we will definitely be repeat customers.

A necessary but significant headache in the moving process involves scheduling an in-home consultation for the estimate. Upline Moving sent an expert to our residence to physically inventory our belongings and create the final quote. Once the estimate was approved, I paid a small deposit to reserve the move since certain circumstances can disrupt your moving plans, Upline assured me they will refund 100% of the deposit charged if I cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup. On moving day, they sent the team to assist with the services acquired during the contract service. While my belongings were in transit, an in-house team of shipping professionals track the fleet vehicles and can update you regularly on the shipment's progress. Once the items arrived at the final destination, the movers helped unload, unpack, and reassemble furniture inside the new home. During this stage, I analyzed my belongings for signs of damage during transit and was very happy to find none.Upline Moving was able to store my items at their warehouse storage facility for a few weeks until I was ready to receive my goods, you can schedule redelivery at your convenience.I was pleased with both the courtesy and kindness of the employees as well as the service I received and the cost. Everything was upfront and honest with complete transparency.I would use them again and refer to family and friends. I would give more stars if I could.

I needed to move my belongings from California to North Carolina for a recent move. After checking many companies, I called Upline based on the many, many positive reviews I saw on Yelp. I Called and spoke to "Debbie" and was given a very competitive quote for my move, and was impressed with the attention to the specific details I gave her about my belongings and my requests. It took a few calls to solidify out deal, and each time I spoke to Debby, she remembered all of my specifics and made me feel like I was dealing with a company that cared about what I thought was important to me. My move was on time, without incidents and was the one thing about my move that I really did'nt have to even think about..

They will "Get back to you." with a quote , when they do they dont ask any questions because they value your time but have set prices for a move. Skip the call back and just give the price, they ask 0 questions.
