I purchased a six-month Supply of Simparica Trio for my female pup and almost immediately she began experiencing symptoms such as throwing up and a seizure incident.
I right away knew that it was because of the medication. I have three other French Bulldogs that in the past have taken Siparica, but not Trio. I called Petco and described to them what had happened to my Dog. They naturally apologized and told me that within 7 to 10 days I would be refunded for the purchase of Simparica Trio.
After more than a few weeks of not hearing from Petco, I called them again, but the customer service person told me that there was no record of me calling. I next emailed the Vetco Escalations Specialist. I received a response from Randi Pollack, and she too apologized for my pup experience because of the medication Yet, she said: that I would have to send them a Medical Chart of notes as a potential diagnosis of any consideration for reimbursement of the product purchased in Vetco Clinics. To have my pup examined at a full-service veterinary hospital, will at the very least cost $800- and I paid $190 for the Siparica...that doesn't make a bit of sense.

honestly it a bit over priced here. Half the employees are nice, the other half seem lame and lazy.. I guess go here if nothing else is open.

I came in to return a gift at the Amazon desk. Super easy and fast.Afterwards I picked up a couple things for my cat. Prices were reasonable and they did have most of what I needed. Two chores in one stop!! Great idea!

This is a very clean and nice store. The employees are also very kind and helpful. One of the employees name is Jess. She helped me a lot with finding some cat food. Id recommend if you’re looking for pet food to ask her. Thank you very much Jess for helping me out. I am looking forward to shop here again.

My dog loves the toy section. Lol. 4 stars because there MUST be more local, organic, raw food as well as toys made in the US with sustainable materials rather than China

Really good place to hand wash, give your dogs a bath!First time I tried it, it was like $10 and they gave you a choice of shampoo/conditioner usage along with towels to dry with. Then you get to use one of their 3-4 wash bays which is safe even for small or bigger dogs of 70+ lbs. They have a vacuum and hair dryer. 2nd time, there seemed to be an increased of price may 5-10 dollars more. Wasn't even a year later that I went back but didn't complain about it. I was just confused at first but thought maybe they might have raised their price. Still offered the same shampoo/conditioner etc...It is definitely a 5 star for me to have this location open up their place for pet owners to be able to clean and wash their companion! Everybody should be thankful for that. I see people complaining about on yelp how dirty the place can be, that's nothing. We're not perfect, and this place is not perfect. Whats the difference. ;)
