My things were delivered in a mess.Some of my things were missing. It was brand new and still in packets. All I received was the packets not what's inside it. When inquired there was no response.Very irresponsible.

i wanted to leave feedback for operations. What this courier service lacks is a system of accountability. 1) package won't necessarily be scanned by dispatch facility. This is the first step in how a package will be lost. if you guys don't scan at each step, how can it be tracked? 2) as a customer if you have lost a package please be proactive yourself in trying to salvage it. I will write down the protocol for what to do. Please save yourself the time and energy and go straight to Lorraine Aguilar national account manager for unity courier vs wasting countless hours with customer service. You will not get a response from people under her title. Unfortunately even she may not be able to help but at least she's willing to try so thank you.It is unfortunately hard to get hold of regional managers and branch officers. Another strategy to try if you want to speak with a live person is to go directly to the facility to get answers otherwise you are out of luck with customer service. You may be met with the same vague answers that the package is still lost but they are trying. They just don't tell you what that trying means. As a customer i think transparency is important to let us know what has been done to try to help versus just trying.

Completely unreliable, as we are also a Doctors office and need our scheduled deliveries, it has been 7 business days since our last delivery and we have missed important packages throughout all of those days, when I spoke with a supposed lcustomer service manager" Monique, she did nothing to help or address the situation and told me the driver said he came at 3 and we were closed (our business hours are from 8-6 pm and NEVER lock our doors in between.

Very frustrated with this courier unfortunately I have no choice because the packages we get use this courier. I have called multiple times to let them know that the courier did not come to my office to deliver or pick up packages. They are suppose to come everyday 2 days already in a row the courier does not show up. I even called to speak to the manager Monique I believe is her name at one time about a month ago still waiting to hear back. Just got a call from a patient looking for her contacts just had to tell her the courier did not show up for 2 days. Very bad service

We need our shipments and we need to send things out. Half the time we send our jobs to another lab since this courier is so unreliable. Please train couriers as well to "rearrange" their route. Work smarter, not harder.

This company loses packages all the time. they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Specially the MANAGER name MONIQUE we call regarding are lost package and she said that she will call us back ASAP, 4 weeks later she NEVER follow up with us, They lie, they give you the run around but there never follow up, they tell you they will do research but they don't research "missing" packages, they will say they will email operations, then call you back but never call back. TERRIBLE, THE WORST LIARS CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE!!!!!!

I order medical supplies from a company that uses Unity courier service for "on-time delivery"! this is a joke for a company. No one knows what happens to the packages once they arrive at their Burbank warehouse/processing location and they disappear. I requested to speak with a general manager to see why is it that they flat out don't care They have d*** employees who pretend they know it all, but can't figure out how is it that every time they lose my package?!! this is delivery number 4 and they can't get it straight, all 4 times that they used Unity they've managed to lose my packages. I called my vendor and they admitted there are many complaints against Unity drivers and they're looking into other companies to replace them. In the meantime, they had to send my order again using another company and not charge for overnight shipping. I feel bad for them, but this is the decision they made, I don't understand, why are they still using such an unreliable source?

ZERO STARS - THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I run a law firm wherein they are to pick up bank deposits from us three days per week. The driver NEVER shows up. But sometimes he'll show up on a day NOT scheduled which does us no good because we had to drive the deposit to the bank the day before (when he was supposed to be here). They have changed drivers here times now and they have ALL done the same thing. One driver even said I'll call first to see if there is a deposit so I don't have to drive out there for nothing, which would be fine for me as sometimes we do not have a deposit - BUT HE NEVER CALLS. I have contacted the company FOUR times now and it's always "we're sorry, we'll talk to him, we'll check into that or what had happened was...." I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR EXCUSES ANYMORE. This isn't a one time instance and I'm overreacting - this has been for two years now. I have given this company way more chances than they deserve. Today was the final straw - called them again, more excuses and blame elsewhere. I will drive to the damn bank myself.

Liked this company when it was Transbox, located in San Leandro, but since bought out by Unity and located in L.A. have nothing but grief and problems. Losing packages, closing drop boxes without notice, drivers failing to pick up from the bottom part of the part, where small customers like my law firm put their packages. Except for the fact that I pre-paid for two dozen t-packs a few years ago I would switch. Actually come to think of it, its a write off. I will switch anyway. Small loss compared to the aggravation and frustration.
