SF East Bay. We ordered a bunch of small dishes & liked them all! Service was top notch too. Do try & we definitely wouldn’t mind eating here again!

Food was incredible, I see why this place has a Michelin star. The savory Donuts melted in your mouth, and the vegetable curry I got was perfectly balanced with spices. It was light but still very flavourful. Highly recommend!
Top Hatters Kitchen and bar is a modern neighborhood restaurant where you can expect a mingling of small and large plates, thoughtfully crafted to encourage sharing. While we could bring on familiar dishes and flavors often associated with neighborhood restaurants, it would be a shame not to take advantage of the prolific and diverse culinary offerings of the Bay Area. We offer an eclectic mix of rustic made-from-scratch dishes, nuanced and inspired by what’s available seasonally. Our food will be approachable, eschewing complicated names, and bohemian in spirit as we are nonconforming and unconventional—sophisticated only in the way we're able to weave different ethnic influences and ingredients together.
