Great place! These guys went out of their way to fix a ding in my daughter’s car in a very cost effective way. I appreciated their honesty and openness about the repair. We were paying out of pocket and their high-value solution was aligned with my daughter’s means. And the repair looked great!

I was referred to Tom Eplin's shop through my insurance. The customer service on the phone and in person was so wonderful. My anxiety about getting there before they closed for drop off and pick up was always met with a calm reassuring solution. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than how I dropped it off. Every piece of broken glass was vaccumed and they even washed the exterior too. The environment there is so wholesome and felt like a family bussiness. From the sweet care of the old cat that is there you can tell there is heart all around. I recieved text messages during the process letting me know when to expect the finished proccess. Which was also calming knowing that I had to prepare for my rental to be returned as well. I will definatley look here for repairs if my insurance is not a factor. Again, Thank you Tom Eplin's for a job well done above and beyond!

First, I've had a couple accidents over the past couple years and my insurance referred me to Tom Eplins, and every time they communicate and meet or even exceed expectations. Even though Adam may be a busy man working there, he will make sure he could do whatever possible to make sure your car will be returned to even better than its pre accidental shape. Request Tom Eplins through your insurance if possible!

If you are looking for a great auto body shop, Tom Eplin's Automotive Center should be your first stop. Danny & the team are very professional, trustworthy, friendly & amazing at their craft. They have a way of quickly taking away the pain of having had an accident & will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Save yourself a lot of grief & wasted money & take your 'injured' vehicle to Tom Eplin's Automotive Center.

I can't comment on pricing since I ended up here on an insurance claim. I do want to credit them on their customer service, specifically Adam. So the scum(s) decided to steal my catalytic converter. Fate sent me over to Eplin's. Adam was able to install a new catalytic converter and get my car back to me in two days. WOW right? They even washed the interior and exterior of my car. Super impressed. I did get lucky that the part was in stock. People are stealing these things left and right these days. Sad state of affairs. Adam also recommended an anti theft device that COULD prevent / discourage thieves from doing this to my car again. I had to do it. Anything to discourage the scum(s) is better than nothing. I equate it like the steering wheel club. It COULD prevent theft. For example, 3 identical cars parked next to each other, two have a club. The thief will more than likely go after the car without the club right? BUT! if someone really wants your car, they'll get it. Anywho, nice people. Took care of me and my car. Thanks Adam!!!

Okay This is my second time going here to get my car fixed first time front fender and wheel repair.. They did an excellent job. Second time outstanding job they fixed my bumper and match the paint to a T..... and spray the entire bumper that my daughter left from hitting a yellow pole...Excellent service Thank you all at Tom'sService: Painting

This body shop is awesome. Adam is incredible and this shop does AMAZING work. My vehicle was recently hit and the damage was pretty substantial. I was really worried that my car would never be the same. I was shocked when I went to pick up my car; you can't even tell it was ever in an accident. This body shop worked their magic and I couldn't be happier. There was a delay in getting a part for my car and the staff at Tom Eplin's was really good about keeping me up to date and communicating with me. Their level of service and expertise is top notch! I highly recommend this body shop!
