100% report them to the medical board. They are a DISGRACE. Despite telling them about stomach issues for TWO YEARS they don’t schedule even a general appointment.I’ve seen my aunt and mother arrive to their appointments, only for them to say the referral, the doctor, the appointment is no longer available or valid. They’ve scheduled the wrong appointment 4 TIMES and turned both away, claiming they’ll have to wait another month for the “earliest appointment.”Rude, unprofessional, read the wrong medical chart MORE THAN ONCE. HIPPA violation anyone???The worst part is I see them do this the most to our immigrant community. DISGRACE and should be 100% reported to the California medical board. Why do they need 8 CFOs and CEOs with this third-world country treatment?

My mother has a horrible experience here, she went fasting for lab work and they told her they didn't have the order from the doctor, this is the second time they do this to her and no one seem to helpful or nice enough to help her. Very bad service and rude receptionist

2 starts for super kind front desk receptionist on the top floor . But I won’t say this woman’s name but horrible service she made my wife feel horrible because she was pressing her for not being able to produce enough milk and make my baby latch it’s only been a day off since we were dismissed at the sutter Hospital even the Doctor there told my wife strive to feed her every 3 hours and the one here said it in a tone as if we were in the wrong and that it should be 2 …. And second impatient with our actual sincere uncertain answers to questions due to lack of sleep needing care for my baby . I really don’t want to have a grudge against her , due to that I will try to switch the pediatrician and hope I can still count on tiburcio .

TVHC has a very nice facility and offers you like range of services that are needed. The most important part is the stuff they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially after my PCP retired I was moved to this facility and I have been happy ever since they have everything from podiatry PCP and even dentistry you cannot go wrong. And did I mention how friendly the staff are?

Extremely disappointed at how they treat their patients. Livier Bejinez, who has seen my mom multiple times, is probably one of most impatient and rude practitioners we've ever dealt with. I understand majority of appnts are set for either 15 minutes or 30 minutes. However, she is always in a rush to get out of the examination room and doesn't listen to the patient's concerns.People like that should not be in the medical field. I understand some patients are a bit different than others, but it doesn't give them the right to make them feel unheard and worthless, especially with the elderly. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing, especially since my mom has to attend these appnts on her own and I'm not able to be there due to work. Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center please do better. This is not okay.

What a joke. Called this center and was put on hold for an HOUR for care and they hung up when we finally got a representative to answer. The rep who answered was so unprofessional laughing with someone else off the phone and placing us on hold while she's laughing. Letting our insurance know about this incident but save yourselves the headache and cost to your wellbeing and RUN from this place.Get healthcare anywhere else, this place is a train wreck of bad employees and poor management.

Was told to come here for dental. By 211, case worker, social worker.When I arrivedAnd was told oh yeah check back in 6 months for new patients. And when I tried to set up for a doctor visit they said sorry we're booked solid for the next 6-9 months.Front desk was nice and kind but the lab and dental were kind of rude.
