Never coming to back to this place ever, I was looking for help with a Spare wheel, but they didn't make any minimum effort to provide support, even the owner mocked me for having an Hybrid Vehicle, that's not the way to treat a customer. horrible service.

Very helpful when it comes to wheel repair. Although they are primarily a machine shop, they also repair wheels. My right front wheel was noticeably bent and was causing a shimmy with my steering which brought me to bringing my wheel there. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the owners of the establishment but a friendly knowledgeable woman greets you as her husband comes out to greet you as well. I tell them my issue and they informed before coming in because i called to tell me that they prefer to have the tire off the wheel because they do not have the proper equipment to remove and rebalance your wheel. So I would recommend if you can, remove the tire before coming to them for repairs, just to save them the hassle. None the less after receiving my wheel back, the shimmy was still there however it was greatly reduced which proved it was part of the issue I was having with my steering and was solved. I later found my inner tie rod was loose causing most of my vibration. However as I was working as a Dealership technician at the time, the wheel balance was a night and day difference after getting my wheel back from them. I wish I could have taken a video for this review but I did not think about it at the time. The type of wheel I had repaired were Watanabe RS8 2 piece wheels which they recognized upon me bringing in. So they know their stuff.

Dropped off a wheel the day before got it back the next day. Incredible work on a bent wheel we had. Not many places will fix a 2 piece bent wheel

Came here to get 2 bends repaired on my Work Euroline wheels and they not only had a lot of knowledge and experience with JDM wheels but they were very helpful and quick with the repair.Barely had time to go to Walmart down the street and get lunch before they called me back saying it was all repaired and good to go.Quality work and great service from Scott and the Misses. I'll be coming back for all my wheel repair needs they can help me with.Great pricing you can't get anywhere else too.

I had a bent wheel repaired and it was great! A new wheel per dealership would have caused me at least $400 but a friend, Lupe referred me to Scott @ Team Three Wheels. Scott was very confident and knowledgeable to say he is able to repair my wheel and at better price than a new one. I'm so happy to have found them!

Had some rims I ordered had the wrong hub call this place they said we can make it fit your car no problem went there and talk to the lady which I think is the owner very nice ?? she explained what would be done then they fix it less than 30 mins wow!! Great service recommend for your wheel needs go to them

I can not express how happy I am with these wheels and the owners of Team three wheels, They worked with me to make sure I had the right offset for the front, It was like Christmas all over again, when I opened up the boxes seeing those wheels shining. Thanks Team III, John T Sinna

This place knows wheels!I had bent front HRE wheel on our beautiful Bay Area roads. When a shop that mounted tires showed me how badly my wheel wobbles I thought I need a new wheel for sure. However, the place I mounted wheel is a race shop and they recommended that I first try Team Three to see if they can fix my alloy wheel as they do it all the time for their race cars. I figured I call HRE first to check what they say, of course HRE told me that I need to replace this wheel, why not its only $2,500 for one wheel. I figured since race shop trusts Team Three, I will try to fix my wheel first, after all the most I loose is a $100 vs $2,500. I came to the shop and was greeted by Scott who's been in the wheel business for over 20 years. He explained me the process of how they will try to fix my wheel and next day called me to tell that my wheel is ready. I took the wheel back to the racing shop to mount tire, and mechanic could not believe that it was the same wheel. The bend was completely fixed and wheel only needed a usual amount of weights once the tire was mounted.I am extremely happy with the Team Three guys as they saved me $2,400.By the way they can build a completely custom wheels per your needs made out of all kind of alloy.Again, extremely happy with the shop and will suggest it to all my friends.

AVOID THIS SHOP!!! Horrible organization. Really wish zero or negative e stars was an option. As referred to them by Wheel Works which I have trusted in the past. Should have been suspicious when I walked in and was treated poorly and disrespectfully. Other reviewers have had difficulties and felt as I do but I trusted Wheel Works. They “welded” the crack in my wheel and I picked up the repairs wheel. Drove my car for less than 2 weeks under normal conditions and it broke in the same place. When I took it back it was all blamed on me. They said I must have “banged” it again. This was NOT the case but they insisted saying that the tire was no longer round etc... Bottom line. Terrible place. Horrible customer service and now looking at the weld on the wheel really sloppy and inadequate repair of the wheel. Have complained to WheelWorks. AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL JUST LOAE YOUR MONEY.
