I really use to like Target because they had many choices of items one would want, from clothes to houseware goods. Now it seems like they are having less stuff available.

This is another store where you need a list and don't wander just to wander. You'll throw things into your cart you really don't need. I came here for cheaper holiday cards and some hair products. Be sure to keep an eye out for ads stating getting $5 gift cards with purchase. It can add up. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. No complaints here. Review #92 of 100 in 2023.

Scetchy. Scetchy. Scetchy. Given a gift card from the Bayfair location. Gift card was hacked and used before I had a chance to spend it. Hopefully, the person that got it can get their money back. They were smart and kept the reciept. I hope they can catch and prosocute the people that are stealing money from gift cards. The stores lock up a lot of things now. Why not gift cards?

After struggling with what must be the most confused and convoluted online website I ever had the misfortune of dealing with, I finally managed to place my order. However, it managed to leave me with one last booby-trap in that instead of taking my address for delivery, it demanded I show in person to pick up my order. As I'm a 70 year old invalid, no longer allowed to drive, this course is no longer open to me. Back to the worst website in the world which allowed only one cancellation of product before closing off that avenue, another struggle ensued in which I was allowed to have only one item shipped, leaving the last in the clutches of the 'customer service' desk. Apparently, they are forbidden on pain of death from answering a telephone, as are all other depts. save HR. I was told I'd be put thru to a supervisor of some sort, but, alas, they seem to suffer from from terminal shyness too. I seem to have scored only one out of three, sad, Target, quite sad performance wise. Your protocol is telling me this review is 'looking epic!' It seems to have a sense of irony, rare in a brainless automaton.

The restrooms are absolutely disgusting I'm shocked women can be this gross. I told a worker and she just kept walking away and completely ignored me. There's blood, urine, toilet paper and pregnancy test everywhere. Then they never have anything in stock. This place is just a disaster.

I'm giving it nothing. I'm a long time shopper.... since the store opened. My two most recent shopping experiences here left me with absolute disdain for the customer service provided. First, anything that can be stolen for ingredients to make meth is locked up. When I asked a store employee to open the cabinet to where the airborne was located, she walked me over and said "what did you need?" I pointed and said "I'll grab it once you unlock it." Her response was "You don't have to be rude." Ummm how is that rude? I already told her what I wanted and she clearly wasn't paying attention. And where did she get off speaking to a paying customer that way?? She was the one being rude. Second, I had over $300 worth of food and other items to purchase. I made my way to the self checkout, as two registers were open. "Oh you have to go over there" the employee told me, "this is 15 items or less." So she made me wait in line to be checked out in the check stand vs doing it myself which would have been 5 x faster, since the checkout employee wasn't "all there." Third, the "not all there" checkout clerk packed my bags way too heavy. Fourth, he was insistent on ringing up the appliance I bought first, even though it was at the end of the belt. "Oh did you want that too?" Yes, I replied. " Oh I'll ring that up first." As he tried reaching over everything else I had on the belt. I said "what's the difference?" He then mumbled to himself and rang everything up. If they're not going to have fast and effectively communicative employees, they should put them on merchandising duty where they don't have to interact with customers. Bay fair has officially lost my business and I wouldn't advise anyone else to go there.

How does target close early. I understand restaurant waiters running people out, but strange they start blocking people from entering 30 min before closing seems kinda wild.

When I have to go to Target, this is the main one I go to!! This Target is located at the Bayfair Center, and it's probably the biggest store there. One thing about Target, you know what your getting when you go in. I go here mainly for the essential clothing items, like socks and tees. Some of their food items are cheaper than the grocery stores. And their athletic gear can be inexpensive also. This store is about medium size, so it's not too hard to find what you're looking for here. Works for me!!

Don't do drive up here. You will never find a spot. People park in the spots and you'll be driving in circles.

This is a decent location to come to if you're already in the Bayfair area but to go out of your way to shop here is not really worth it. You can find some pretty good deals here from time to time and they have a fairly decent clearance section. This location is not as big as many others so if you were to look through every aisle to find the best deals, it wouldn't take you very long.

Worst Target in the world. Rude, unfriendly employees that are MAD about their jobs. Dirty location, disgusting bathrooms, guest service team members pick up and click the phone. Corporate needs to just shut this place down at this point.

This target has really changed. There are not enough workers to accommodate the number of people shopping there. This was especially noticeable on a Saturday at 2:00pm. Only 3 check stands opened and about 30 people waiting for self service! Security here is a joke as well! I witness a couple the last time with a basket full of item--mainly clothing and I know not all the items were paid for everything stayed in the basket and they just left. A good way to get free clothes!

THIS RATING IS A -5 I am Extremely disappointed in the customer service and management at this TARGET STORE in the San Leandro, CA location. I purchased $500 worth of gift cards. Not one of them was activated properly. I went back the next day to get them activated or get a refund and it's been 3 weeks and they have promised me my money back and have yet to receive anything. Miguel, supposedly a manager, Did not help me at all. They are not helpful at all. Did not show any interest in helping me. Try to make me feel like I was inconvenient to him. Was not able to get the district manager's phone number information. This was all my Christmas money. I wrote to the CEO, Mr.BRIAN CORNELL, not once but twice, Never to hear back from his office. I still have not received anything. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I have spent hours on the phone trying to Resolve this. Had to go back to the store 2 times And still no resolution. This has been too time-consuming for a big mistake made by Target. A big waste of my valuable time! Do not bother calling the store they never answer.
