Russ is exactly the kind of plastic wizard you need if you are an innovator, maker or tinkerer. I am extremely grateful to have been a recipient of his kindness, wisdom,sense of humor and wizardry if course.

I dont know what I did to deserve such a response from the female sales associate when I came in to buy some simple trim material for a project for someone else. I didn't give them any attitude, wasn't rude in any way, and was going to be in and out as I only needed one thing. The sales rep also remarked that she had to help me right before her lunch (as if I was supposed to know that), which, hey, I get it, you want your break time, but you don't ever give the customer attitude (especially when I didn't deserve it).
I'd never tell a first-time customer to "Make yourself useful." I will not return to this store.

The women who work here are so knowledgeable about plastics! I had a polyethylene water tank needing repair and they had all the right advice. The trick being heat (flame) treating the plastic before the repair is attempted. Appreciate this so much!

Needed a small piece of 1/8" plastic cut for a quilting template to make my life easier - these folks were fantastic! Super helpful and got me exactly what I needed overnight. The shop was fun to poke around in, too - had no idea what I didn't need!! Thanks so much - will keep you in mind for future fabrication needs.

I am a fine artist and I needed an acrylic box to protect one of my sculptures. Rich did a beautiful job fabricating this structure. It is strong and the sides are smooth and polished. I was fortunate he wasn't super busy at the time, but his turn-around was quick and I got the call sooner than I expected. Great work and great response to my timing needs. Thank you, Rich. Went into tap plastics for some window tint . The gal helping me was Cheri. She asked what I needed it for, she showed me my options for my budget and was able to get me the best product and price. She was very knowledgeable. I haven't had this great of customer service in a long time . Ask for Cheri if you are at Tap Plastics this lady knows her stuff. Thank you Cheri for your help , your product was just what I was looking for . 5 star customer service!

We were looking to buy window film which we had no idea where to begin. Ms. Indi greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was very helpful and patiently explained everything in detail. Went home and installed the window film ourselves and saved hundreds of dollars. Ms. Indi made our project easier. Excellent service, Thank You

Satisfaction! Todd was very patient listening to me explain my request. I provided a template that he examined and he made some very astute suggestions.
