TAGS is not just your ordinary thrift store. It’s a nonprofit, 2nd hand clothing store that serves teens & young adults by providing them with a space where they can use their imagination & creativity, share & collaborate with their peers & the community in a safe & nonjudgmental environment. With TAGS’ workshops & events, they are able to showcase their talents. In addition, they can learn business skills while working or volunteering at TAGS. The store itself is a very cute & quirky place that is clean, organized & welcoming. They always have fashionable clothes, shoes, purses & jewelry.
Check them out!

TAGS is an inclusive thrift store and creative workspace, and I truly appreciate their free upcycling workshops! The staff are so kind and helpful in navigating the well-organized store. Clothing is ordered by style and size rather than feminine and masculine which maintains a sense of inclusivity. I love that there is a free bin outside as well as a $1 rack and clearance section! I can't wait to see what TAGS continues to do for the community.

This is a truly fantastic non profit - more than just a second hand store - TAGS is a place for teens to learn how to run a business and dive into exploring their creativity through workshops and support recycling and reuse! What a great addition to San Leandro's downtown !
