Your Card readers at the pump don't work. All the time. Today i was at pump 8. Card reader didn't work so I have to go in. When I asked team member to set up my pump, she didn't even give me.the chance to put in my phone number and bypassed loyalty. And she went on to be on her phone while I was there processing my card payment. This is always the case if not worse on my visits.

Late night, machine says see attendant but the attendant insists his 10mins break, how will I know when did you start your 10min break, he was just standing inside,poor customer service and lazy employee, no wonder consumer doesn’t put gas on this station…

This place needs better staff at night. First off, the attendant was full blown asleep when I showed up. I had to knock on the door and window a bunch of times to wake him up. Then I paid in cash to get the cheaper cash price and he tried to charge me the credit price. Initially when I went back to the window to let him know the attendant tried to say the prices fluctuate daily and then he said it’s just a $1 difference or something. I had to ask if the sign was a lie advertising a cheaper cash price before he programmed the right price into the pump. I’ve never had this happen at any other gas station. I mean it was 3:30 am but that’s no excuse. I work nights and manage to stay awake and be aware of my surroundings just fine. Please get competent night staff!! Definitely won’t be back to this gas station

I have had nothing but exceptional service from the folks at Bayfair Shell Auto Service for the past 15+ years. From my wife's Lincoln Towncar to every other car we own as well as our daughter's and granddaughter's. Very competitive pricing,a great knowledge base and very friendly people

Bay fair shell , there service or auto repair is ok. However the prices quoted by the younger man is normal. However don't get a repair done by the older guy, he will charge double the price . If you were quoted for example , 50.00$ he will tell you it's 100$.. beware of price gouging, from the older guy. That's not nice !
