This carwash (Rebel Carwash) broke a tail light on my family member's vehicle, a few months ago. When she initially informed them, she was asked to fill out a report and was told that the boss would get back to her. She never heard back, and had to return to the store, multiple times, to be told the same thing each time--basically, "Expect a call the next day before 10."--no call or message recieved. Now, it's regional/corporate office time--someone there said they would fix it-- they transferred her and told her to leave a message.
They, too, were slow in getting back to her--a guy named Dave called her back and took her statement. In between time, she got an estimate and sent it to him. She then got the light repaired, paid for it out of pocket, now they're refusing to pay, basically saying that the tail light was already broken and just got loosened up by the machine. That's not true AT ALL! If it was, she and I would have known. This truck was recently inspected and photographed by a couple of individuals, as the truck was going in for paint contaminant work. We also both look over the truck in passing, REGULARLY, and the truck is often wiped down. There's no way a broken or even cracked (OR EVEN SCRATCHED) light would have been missed. How do you get to just guess that to get out of paying?!
A $14 carwash ended up costing her over $600 in repairs...and they just get to move on.
Not sure what's up with this carwash-- one that I began using, prior to this, but beware.

I frequently come here to get gas and car wash. Today I came for air as one of my tires is low. The air machine is $2. I paid my $2 and tried to use it and soon realized the nozzle is missing the small hose that you connect to your valve stem. I went inside and told the cashier I was trying to use it and she said oh it's broken. I said yea I realized that after I paid. She would not refund me or even give me $2 credit on gas! She said she couldn't because the manager has to do it and there's no manager on duty today. That is just stupid. They should at least put an out of order sign on the machine. Just Ridiculous. They just lost my business.

Walked in and had to hear "manager" and employees whole personal conversation as I had to wait in a line that took forever.Manager is clueless and a bit too "friendly" if you ask me.

Terrible Customer service. Went on 8/21/22 at 8:30pm on my way out of the park and decided to stop for some gas. I gave the woman working 30$ and she only put 20$. I went to go tell the woman and she said I only gave her 20, i handed her a 20 and two 5’s. Told her I’d file a complaint and said she didnt care. They robbed me and Im sure shes robbing more people

So disappointed, as a truck driver we don't have to many places to use the restroom and this guy here at shell didn't let me use it even I paid 35 gallons of diesel. He keep the restroom for himself only. Not coming again to this gas station.

I wish I could select less than one star, this is the absolute worst location ever they're always randomly closed During hours they should be open. It's 12:15 in the afternoon on a Monday and they have the door locked, the guy saw me walking up to the door and said nothing. They close random hours of the night, and through the day, and pandemic cannot be the excuse because this is been going on for quite some time at this location

Sign says closed for 15 minutes for shift change and now has been closed for over 30 minutes and who knows how longer before I arrived has been up and they have people waiting to get inside

Shell Gas Station at Marina Blvd x Doolittle Drive in San Leandro. Great location, lots of potential, looks good just driving by. I've passed this place 1000's of times, and stopped a few times for gas. Back in the old days when I drove an old truck, I actually used the machine car wash. I stopped for gas last night on the way home. There were no squeegees or wash water in the tubs. The station seemed dirty. There were people hanging around behind the food mart. Of course gas prices were high at $5.99/reg. The clerk was inside the food mart, behind the plastic/glass partition. You know, I understand you don't want to get sick with Covid-19, but someone needs to get outside and maintain the gas station. It's a "service station" for drivers. Not a "get gas" and go place. You need to maintain the station!

Basically this place shuts down their store at shift change which happens to be when I drive by this place for work. It never used to be like this. So either they don't want the thousands of dollars I have spent their in the mornings on snacks or it's a sign I need to stop drinking Red Bulls. Either way this is bad for business

This location is my usual place for a car wash, and I like how you earn stamps to earn a free wash. I came to this location twice within a week and the car wash was "out of order". For a company that makes millions, they should be able to keep the car wash working.
