The only reason it’s a lower review is because of the financing program- when they say to pay it off by the first 3 months- DO IT. The interest rates are 169%! Otherwise you will end up paying $3000 for a washer and dryer. Customer service was good and it was my fault for not focusing on the interest rates so I can’t fault them for that. Otherwise they woulda gotten a 1 star review. The financing deal is really not a deal at all.

Excellent customer service (thank you Lisa).It’s a huge warehouse just south of OAK airport, with what appears to be over 1000 refrigerators plus many other items (washers, dryers, ranges, easy chairs and sofas).We were able to find an affordable, used fridge with Lisa’s assistance in approximately 15 minutes.The customer service and knowledge of the inventory is exceptional.Would definitely recommend this local Oakland business.

Purchased GE gas dryer that was listed, in writing, on AF web site as "new in the box". When I arrived at the store there was one unit left and it was not in the box. I was assured by the manager that it was new and was recently placed on the floor for sale two days prior to my purchase.The dryer worked for exactly 7 TOTAL days and no longer turns on. When I reached out to GE directly, they said the warranty has expired. I called the store and the manager told me to show the repairman the receipt and even though it does not say new, they will repair at no cost. We have to now wait two weeks for the repairman to show up and "hope" it will be fixed for free as the manager described. All in all, very poor experience and the San Leandro store does not stand behind their merchandise nor do they care about the customer. Very disappointed.UPDATE: After posting and scrolling down on yelp, I noticed the store manager's contact info. After reaching out, she immediately got involved and resolved by problem right away. Will get them a try again.

Kelley gave us the best customer service we've had kn awhile. He had to grab his manager Ashton at one point.Ashton was great and bent over backwards to get us out the door with our dishwasher.Customers for life

They advertise savings but everything is more expensive here .. they raise the tag "compare to" to make it seem like you are getting a huge discount, I walked in and out after looking at their tags.

Great experience today at American Freight (aka former Sears Outlet). My salesperson Lisa was wonderful and spotted a cracked footer. Along with Vernon's help, they found another one and replaced it. Bought a Frigidaire freestanding gas range for a phenomenal price. They also offer delivery and installation by a certified installer, and haul-away. This extra cost of $220 was well worth it.
