Prompt service in a remote location which 99% of tow companies wouldn't even attempt. Saved my Peterbilt and the environment from my rollover. I will ONLY RECOMMEND them from now on!

WORST TOW COMPANY! They just want your money. Customer service is horrible. My sister got into an accident on Jan 28th. Oakland CHP called this tow company. I had asked my sister to pass the phone to JOSE who is towing her car so I can find out how much I am going to pay and what the next steps are due to the situation. He was giving attitude to my sister And he was forcing her to PAY UPFRONT. Let me remind you my sister just got into a car accident and she isn't in the great condition to speak. So BEWARE OF THIS TOW COMPANY. Very unprofessional and not helpful. 0 stars if I could.

My car was towed 11/11/22 which was Friday. I'm order to get my car out I needed to get a release form from SLPD which was closed for weekends and so is the tow yard...I couldn't get it release until 11/14 after 9am and they had charged me $900 dollar fee for in including the weekend which they are closed...do you think it's fair?...plus SLPD charged me $200 for calling the tow truck...guess someone is getting good commission on this...stuff like this makes good person go bad...lol

Cannot explain how grateful I am for these guys…Just got stuck in front of the shadiest liquor store in San Leandro at 1:30am with a flat tire in my Mercedez…not a scene you want to be in. Called AAA and Progressive Roadside, both of which I pay for and neither could send someone for at least two hours. The crowd in this parking lot is not friendly. Im in hostile territory, and the store is closing. This is not a good moment. I called another tow company, no answer. I make a final desperate call to SLT, and immediately get a friendly and reassuring operator. I tell her the situation and she gets me a truck in 20 minutes. Right as the scene is at its most dire, the truck shows up and the driver could not be more chill and reassuring. Got me up and running in 5 minutes, and I am now home thanking everything holy that I am not still sitting in that parking lot getting eyed and very possibly jacked. Best call I’ve made in years, thank you!Service: Tire change

Spun out and needed a wench out. Driver towed us to a chevron 1.5 miles away dropped us off and the car. He charged me 450$. When I initially called the lady who answered said she couldn't give me a price and it all made sense.

my daughter's 19 year old car, worth $1200, was stolen monday night. i received a call tuesday afternoon from san leandro towing that they had my car, that i owed them $320 for a tow and $115 for storage...even though they only had my car for an hour. i tried to ask if the car was drivable, but the woman on the phone couldn't say....not because an ounce of effort examining the car would not have immediately revealed that info, but because she was too lazy to check it out herself or ask one of the several yard guys to do the same. after hanging up, the chp called me to let me know that my car had been found and that it was at slt. i asked them if the car was drivable, and the person reading the report could only offer that when a car has been in an accident and/or totaled, that info is usually included in the report and that there was no such info in the report. i got over to slt within an hour (i live 40 min. away) to find my car completely destroyed. for an extra $230, they would take the car off of my hands, but i would need to give them the title. if i expected my car to be unsalvageable, i would have brought the title. they made me take a $50 uber back home to retrieve the pink slip. they argued that they couldn't trust me to send the title via mail. i could have turned around and ditched my car and they'd have the same recourse if i failed to mail them the title. i want to say that they're the worst towing service i've ever dealt with, but i can't remember a tow service i've liked.

Driver arrived early, got my car running in minutes without having to tow the car to the service station.
