Repaired my wife's 2018 Mercedes rear bumper scratches. They set me up with the products I needed and thorough instructions for application. The color and gloss of the Polar White was on spot. Counter help was cordial and knowledgeable.

I would give the store a one star if it wasn't for the one associate who had great customer service the only woman I seen in the shop I believe her name was Josephine. I came in to this store because I needed to match a specific color. As I walked in I was never greeted by the guy who was at the counter he just had a look like I shouldn't be in this store. He just kept occasionally glancing up but never welcomed me in or said I will be right with you. I stood there for about 10 minutes while he helped the current customer finish his order then he was about to go make the Paint for the guy and then decided to tell me to give him a second . He still didn't help he sent the woman to assist me. After spending about 15 minutes with her, we could not find the color. She did inform me she needed to go pick up lunch for her colleagues. So someone else would help me if she had to leave . The district manager a real heavyset guy came out from the back, pretty much yelling at her about one of the sandwiches is a hot sandwich And needed to be picked up right away. The lady informed him I was trying to match some paints and if he could help me but he didn't say one word he was more concerned with getting the food. He came out and assisted another customer, and still said nothing to me. I waited for another 10 or 15 minutes still nothing . Another women came out from the back she also said nothing and no male associate would say anything to me so I decided to leave. I was planning on buying a gallon of paint because I heard they had really good products but I would never give my money to a store that doesn't have good customer service. I don't know if it's because I'm an African-American male but the customer service was really bad from all the males in the store, especially for someone who was considered the district manager and was more concerned with lunch than helping a customer out. like I said, I would have given this store, a one star or below but because the woman was so nice and trying to help me figure it out I decided to give them a two.

The daughter of the late owner is driving this place onto the ground on a side note I did work for her was promised 100 dollars pay & was told she couldn't pay me cuz she gambled it all the night before. The first time I worked at her filthy home she "paid" me in dresses from Target & Forever21 so I shouldn't have trusted her word on the $100. Stay away from her she feels entitled to rip off the public she makes inappropriate jokes about overcharging customers based on her personal prejudices& is constantly talking bad about her Aunts who were partners with her late Mother. She is always drunk from the moment she wakes. I've watched her guzzle down jack Daniel's like it's her morning coffee. She's dangerous to be driving all the time drunk. Get some help Josie. You shouldn't work with the public. You are a horrible representation of San Leandro Color & if the truth upsets you maybe it's time to make some changes. You can't keep ripping people off it's not OK.

I have an old school '67 VW beetle. It needed a specific color which I could not match. I was directed to San Leandro colors. Little did I know that the company's been around for a long time. They were able to match the color for me with the special hand held machine that they have. I got the color and tried it out. Wow. I was impressed that I was able to get my color and touched up those ugly white spots without painting the whole car again. Very happy and it took 15min a once they got my color.

Found SLC online and noticed their website had a link to their online store. Browsed and eventually purchased a few things on the store with a store pickup time later that day.Got there to pick it up, and I'm told there's no such order. Matter of fact, they even said they don't even use it/untouched for at least a year. Dude sitting in the back, yelling up front to me, pretty much told me I'm SOL. Deal with it through my payment method.Personally, a simple solution would be to close the online store down and remove it from the website. I take it that may be too difficult.Took my business to ATC colors instead

I got tired of buying small bottle of paint for my car. I paid $32 (0.4ml) for white car paint that matches my car's original paint on Amazon. That was good for a few small knicks. Yes, you read it right, .4ml. I came here with my car's paint code, which is located on the driver's side door. I got an entire spray can of paint for $25 dollars. It took about 10 minutes for them to mix the paint for me. The color match is 99.9%, my eyes can't even see the difference. Highly recommend it if you're here to fix a scratch or get color-matching paint for your car.
