This shop customer service is OVER THE TOP! You usually do not get this type of service from a mechanic/body shop. My family has been using SLC for over 15 years now. Ed will always be my go to and I live in the 209 area and this will always be our shop no matter where we live!!

These folks are so nice and they took great care of my car. I needed the hood repainted and they gave me a quote and explained what went into the pricing. They made sure they had the right paint (apparently cars made in different factories can have different paint variations even if it's all a silver 2014 rav4!? Who knew). They were done when they said they would be, and they even did a headlight treatment and glaze on the rest of my car. It looks way way better than when I dropped it off, I was like...wait are you guys sure this is the same car? Highly recommended. I live within a 15 minute walk but I'd drive from most anywhere in the Bay Area to take my car here. Such nice folks, they've been in business a long time and are a credit to San Leandro.

Great customer service! Bought a new car part that needed to be painted. The owner set me up with the matching paint color and even installed it. Also, woman at front desk was really nice and helpful! Would fasho go back!!!

Go see Ed awesome work very professional. Honest shop, I've brought two vehicles there. 1 was a out of pocket repairs on a older Toyota Ed knocked it out of the park. 2 was insurance claim from an accident once again couldn't be happier, they even dealt with the insurance company for me. One word: Amazing! Not only is the cost the best, but also the service is the best compared to other places I've been to. Nancy gave me their card a while ago but it is not until this week that I finally took the time to visit their shop to have my front bumper replaced and back bumper painted. Ed was very friendly and reasonable. He and his team went the extra mile by cleaning the inside and outside of my car. Picked up my car 3 days later without delay. Thumbs up!

Ed and his team provided the absolute best service. I needed the roof and hood of my Tacoma painted and the team at San Leandro Collision did magnificent work! They matched the paint perfectly and were very fast in getting the job done. I highly recommend them!

This week I brought my husband's 2007 CRV in for a refresh on the hood. It was a victim of some tree sap which affected most of the hood. Ed and his team did a fabulous job and Ed even finished early so I wouldn't be stuck in traffic...who does that? He also painted the hood of my black 2006 Highlander exactly 5 years ago. Even though she has 200,000 miles on her now, I think my faithful companion still looks fab. The hood that this team painted still looks new. This is the place to go,..very fairly priced and such lovely people who are fabulous to do business with. They definitely understand the concept of incredible service...even during this era of Pandemia.
