My first experience here was wonderful. I needed a winding key for a clock that I bought at a second hand store. I thought that I needed a #3 key, but I came there clock in hand to discover that it actually needed a #5 key. Reasonably priced! He also told me a bit more about my clock. Then it took me another half hour to leave because the shop is like a clock museum filled with beautiful clocks.

He repaired a co co clock, large wall clock & grand father clock all of which had been in our family for over forty years that had large sentimental value. All are working properly with no problems. He is a master clock smith.

I don't get the positive reviews for this business! I visited the shop while on the hunt for a grandfather or grandmother clock. The owner didn't acknowledge my presence until I initiated a conversation, and then barely looked up from his repair work while answering my questions in a very condescending tone. I would have loved to patronize a local business, but my search continues elsewhere.

Best service. I got in today for 2 watches battery replacement. Quick transection. $24 for both! So happy I found him.Hard to find parking but worth the trip!

I just made a phone call to this business but the man who answered my call was a real gentleman who sells beautiful antique clocks. I look forward to doing business with him in the future to purchase an antique regulator wall clock.

At 1st I was excited I brought in for watches to have batteries replaced one he could not replace the battery because he had difficulty putting the back lawn so he asked that I leave it and pick it up the next day I came back today to pick up the watch mind you I pay $40 for the 4 watches upfront and only needed to pick up my 4th watch today are brought in a 5th watch expected to pay $10 when I gave him a $20 bill he refused to give me my change because he said I hadn't paid for the other watch I am really disappointed I had hoped that this would be a spot that I could return to but his cheating ways will force me to find another watch shop

I took four watches in to have batteries replaced on April 13th, the owner replaced all four batteries but could not get the back on one so he kept it but I paid for all four. I returned on today to pick up the one watch and brought another watch in for battery replacement, I gave him a $20 bill expecting $10 change. He said I never paid for the watch I was picking up. I saw he was not going to budge. I left because being black I did not want to argue and get heated, the police would be called and I would be another statistic! I am just so angry, it was $10 lost not worth my life, I will find another watch repair shop.
