I come here almost every day or every other day since foodmaxx in the same complex has a rat issue (lol). Safeway is clean, and usually pretty well stocked. The bakery items are always delicious and the produce is pretty fresh. I hope it stays this way forever please!!

Service. Was horrible. I actually took the time to complain and I am not some one who complains. I could not get a manager on the phone I will most likely be driving the extra 12 miles to the next-door to avoid this place

This Safeway's clean enough and has a fair amount in stock. I like how there's no security gates, and the self-checkout moves fast. Parking lot's a zoo though - beware!

Their online service Is terrible. I ordered Open nature Turkey special advertised at $5.34 they switched It to a different brand of lower quality and charged me $37.69 I called up C. S Lady said she would take care of it. And send me and email to confirm. 3 hrs later I go to the store check my purchase and the Turkeys in the bag. I told Leslie the worker what happened and she said she would look into I She also took the Turkey back . I waited 5: days still no credit back on my account.I called customer service and for 8 minutes I kept getting the run around from the phone machine. I called the main office and talked to Lyka, who told me there's nothing she could do about it. I would have to call the store back. I told nothing doing I'm going to call my credit card account and dispute the charge. She then called the store and put me on hold for 12 minutes said she couldn't get through put me on hold again for 15 minutes. To finally tell me she couldn't get through and for me to try tomorrow I tried writing them after that. The site wouldn't take my state nor subject topic and would not send out my request. I'm done with shopping at Safeway there Customer Service and Robot machines are a waste of time.Plus the music program stinks pure torture. Next stop credit card dispute. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their online shopping. The third times the charm. I'm out of here. Boycott Safeway

I can't believe I just went into Safeway at greenhouse to purchase some items. I gotta put to the cash gave it my telephone number and it didn't go through. I've been dealing with this Safeway store for 20 years. I've never had a problem. I can't believe they would just brush me off. And say sorry you gotta get it corrected. That's not good business. He was in the quick check. Self-serve very rude. I'm a local. Customer customer I felt like a piece of c*** the way I was treated. I will never go back to Safeway again. Envy Greenhouse, it's funny. I know a lot of people by name. Especially those who are retired like Judy sent cetera. And then it's jerk has to make me look like a idiot in front of people.

Over pricing everything and prices just keep increasing! If you use the app and search for deals, clip them and use your club card, you can save about 25%. Shop around though. Trader Joe's and Walmart and Target are priced better on food basics, baby stuff, and household and cleaning products.

Thanks to the shortage of employees, do NOT go here before 8am. Even the self check-outs are closed. 1 register in the alcohol section with a long line. Took me over 20 min just to buy some ice.

Drive up and go is a joke. They are never ready. I have spent 30+ minutes waiting for my order. I have been told through their app to call the store where no one answers. Customer service is ridiculous. I do not recommend drive up and go it's more like drive up and never get it.

Clean, organized and more sales then Lucky's. Service usually good with some exceptions of cashiers not wanting to be there and demonstrating it.

Very clean,great smelling store [smells high end -lol] and self check out works great:)
