As someone who did recently work here, I have to give 1 ⭐ why because I love the employees that I had worked with hard working, patience and kind people and I loved welcoming new faces that walked into Ross. HOWEVER!! Management here sucks!! Shagufta & Roxy are very rude, dishonest and definitely threatening by people who can stand up against them. The amount of stress they put on employees and security to have everything be "perfect" and to have employees run 5 different task all in a short period of time and if not completed, it will be looked at as not a great job. They've lost many employees because how they treat their staff and team and I left because of it and they will continue losing great people that work here by the way they are "building" that environment.

Messy but such a fun store. You can find such great brands for amazing prices. I'm from New England so I've never been before. I wish I'd gone sooner. I will definitely be back! Staff was friendly

Management here is terrible, has really gone down hill since I was last here they need to work on their customer service and stop profiling people the moment they walk in just because they have a bag or didn't say hello back to the security at the front door. Had 3 people following my friend and I just because we "had a large bag that was too empty." i asked if I should leave it up front when I walked in at first and was told it wouldn't be a problem. I miss the old managers that worked here I'd give 0 stars if possible Roxy is awful.

I have tried shopping at this location three times in the past month because I was close because was getting things at Michael's. Unfortunately all three times the security guard wouldn't let me in to the almost "empty" store!! Went to another Ross instead all three times and bought over $600 worth of clothes and bedding. Avoid this location!!

Came and bought some stuff had two two pieces the cashier took the security beeper off and only gave me my shirt and didn’t put my shorts to the set in the bag crazy smh

This was my second time visiting this store. The first time was back in September and it was much more organized and had more options than it did during my second visit. My second visit was yesterday and there were very few household items. I found a lot of things broken, sadly. I wish people would be more careful when they handle items at the store. They did have a lot of options for clothes, shoes, and beauty sections. I went looking for kitchen items and was not able to find a little white bowl or something similar. The staff was super nice, which is why I am giving this store 3 stars. There was a security guard at the entrance and he was super friendly!! To my surprise, there is the self-check-out option now. It makes paying faster. I am planning to go back to this store in the future.

Looking for slippers with enclosed heel. Only saw 3 pair, NONE in the right size. The items were very messy, as if it hadn't been straightened in a month. It was difficult to find anything. I had to do a major hunt just to find the 3 that didn't fit. Waste of my time.

Clean store and nice location. I was shopping for small mixing bowls, which they did not have, but I had fun shopping anyway.
