Minus 1 star for prices - very overpriced, but I like the small store feel, so I'm usually willing to pay it. Minus 2 more stars for clearance and promotions - the past 3 times I have shopped their clearance there is a mistake and the front desk is unwilling/unable to correct the mistake. It is very frustrating! I give them 2 stars for friendliness of garden staff and garden selection.

Great place to shop! Glad we still have a hardware store in town. The staff are all nice and really helpful. Every time I go to this new OSH, I run into Carlos. He's been super helpful with all my gardening needs. He even remembered me and my mom from when we shopped there 20+ years ago! Thank you!

OSH is nearby and sales associates are very helpful, but it isn't the most cost effective place to shop at. It does take longer to go to the depot but savings are quite noticable.
