There's tons of dry cleaning options but for me I have allergies so I can really appreciate that this one is organic. They also do alterations. Shout out to the lady who always help me out by carrying my clothes to the car since my foot surgery. I also love the attention to detail for my harder to clean items such as sequences and rhinestones. There's a dedicated parking spot which helps because it's a very busy strip mall.

The only reason why I gave this establishment a 3 star is because of their store ours. I work from 8am - 4:30pm and by the time I get there, they're already close. So, I could only do business with them every Sat.

Fast! My husband uses it for his suits. They are nice and efficient. They also have parking right in front so you can do quick pick ups and drop offs.

By far the best cleaners in San Leandro. My husband and I have been coming for over 8 years now. Friendly and reliable owners. Plus no harsh chemicals used!!!

I am not sure why they only have 3.5 stars except that dry cleaners are often punished by unreasonable customers. We've been going here for six years. Owners are polite, service is always prompt, cleaning comes out nice, and they haven't lost anything.

Great customer service with great rates. The owners of this place are really nice. They are friendly and go above and beyond. The quality and price is not bad too. Definitely my go-to place for dry cleaning in the east bay!

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review but for good reason. It's just so that people are forewarned. I want to give the full scoop so as not to sound biased. I actually had been going here for years and was always please with the service (thus the reason I kept coming back) but on the last experience it was bad enough to walk away for good. The women and her husband were always super friendly and used to give me a good discount since I brought them so much business. The last time I went to pick up my clothes I took them home and put something on to head out the door. The jeans I was trying to fit into didn't fit anymore and I was shocked! I then proceeded to try on the rest of the pants and jeans in that batch and sure enough everything was shrunk! I even had same exact brand and measurements in some of the jeans and pants to compare too and based off of measurements I took from the ones she cleaned there was a clear and present issue. I took them in and showed her the ones that she hadn't washed so she could use as reference. She blatantly denied it to my face and because of the fact she didn't want to take responsibility and from her passiveness it was almost like she thought I was either making it up or just plain d**** She never refunded me for the clothes she damaged or compensated me for the damaged articles. Just a complete mess. Maybe I was just a one off situation I don't know because she kept repeating "no one has ever complained about this issue before". She seemed panicked and worried that she would have to pay me money she didn't have for the clothes she ruined therefore she just completely tried to deny it. It's unfortunate she didn't own up to her mistake because in the long run it cost her way more money versus making things right with the customer and retaining my business. Be careful... it could happen to you next.

I rarely need dry cleaning services, but this time I needed something fast abs close by for my upcoming engagement photoshoot. I went with Organic Cleaners because I support sustainable green, clean businesses. So I was thrilled to learn they were super close to my house--I never noticed until now! I bought two brand-new dresses online and they were VERY wrinkled and needed a steaming. I dropped off both dresses on Monday and was able to pick up by Wednesday and I needed them for our photoshoot on Friday! :-) I was so pleased with how the garments turned out (seriously all the deep wrinkles and lines were gone! Thank goodness!) I brought back another dress that needed to be cleaned. I just picked up my last dress today, and I didn't have my ticket but the costumer service was excellent and speedy. I will be returning to this business and using their services loving forward. Thank you Organic Cleaners!

Been here a few times and only half the time they can get my clothes tailored correctly. I've waited more then a 100 dollars here. The clothes cost twice that

Super nice folks! They clean my clothes well and my clothes never have a chemical smell. A bit pricier than other dry cleaners I've used in the past but it's worth it to not have weird chemicals sitting on your skin.

I really want to love these guys, they are nice people. But the language barrier has caused serious problems. In one case, I had requested an alteration and it turns out they had a question about it before they'd do it. Understandable. Except, they didn't call me to ask the question--and it's probably because they knew the language barrier would make it extremely difficult. But that means that when I made the drive to excitedly pick up something I planned to wear immediately, it was not done. So I wasted a trip and I also had to wait another week. Another time, we had left an employment badge in a uniform garment I dropped off. Later that afternoon, I called to ask if it was in the pocket because it was needed for a shift that evening (and it's required, otherwise you're sent home without pay and with discipline). I spent about 20 minutes trying to explain that I just needed him to check the pocket for an ID badge. After that time, he finally said he found it, but didn't sound sure. In fact, he called it a "card" and I was trying to make sure it was an ID badge (with a photo) and he kept saying card, never really confirming. So I drove another 35 minute round trip hoping it would work out. It did, but the whole ordeal was super stressful and the gentleman just laughed and laughed when I came in. I get that he was trying to keep it light and friendly, but it was incredibly tone deaf for the situation and has made me go back to toxic dry cleaning because there are no good alternatives in the East Bay. Such a shame.
