Customer Service for this place has tanked! Shipments are slow. Quotes are slow. Both are received with errors! Heaven forbid you need Customer Service from this place! Response from customer care is INCREDIBLY SLOW. It used to be a direct message to an actual person; now all issues/requests get dumped into a shared Office Relief Customer Care (
[email protected]) mailbox. Sure, you are quickly assigned a ticket number, but do you get a response? Not within the 24-48 hours as they promise! Maybe 24-48 BUSINESS hours (i.e. a week +). Our organization has ordered thousands of dollars worth of product from Office Relief and each PO entered, I like this vendor less and less. I am being quite generous with my 2/5 star review...DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the prices and products are great too! Lots of options to choose from, I recommend them to anyone looking for good quality ergo equipment at good prices!

my company (unfortunately) has a contract with Office Relief so I am forced to use them for the purchase of certain office/ergonomic products. They are so frustrating to deal with! They are incredibly unprofessional and can never tell me the status of my orders. I played phone tag for 3 days for someone to look up tracking info for an order. After calling and calling for 3 days, when I did get a hold of somebody I was told that the one human being that could access this info was out of the office. Do they have 5 total employees? Much easier to find what you need from Amazon.

This place has a lot of ergonomic equipment from chairs, keyboard trays, monitor risers, and sit-to-stand workstations.

I ordered a chair from their office and it came with wrong chair arms. In addition, the chair makes a squeaky annoying noise. The chair's fabric looks cheap and rough.

Nothing like showing up at work to happy employees who literally hug me and thank me for the stand up desks. Chris and the team are prompt and my employees are now comfortable. Great prices too!

I am an Occupational Safety Consultant, I have purchased ergonomic equipment for a handful of my customers for the last 8 years or so. I have used many different suppliers over the years, one of them has been Office Relief. Office Relief has almost always had great customer service for me (and I am in contact with them regularly), the only exception I can remember is during a period of turnover. Within the last year or so, they re-did their website which made it much easier to order for someone like me (making regular orders). They offer their products at a reasonable price (not the lowest, but reasonable), and will work with you to find different solutions. They are knowledgeable about their products, are willing to offer demos when possible, and they have a nice showroom in San Leandro where you can try out many different products. I highly recommend Office Relief if you are looking for a supplier of any ergonomic equipment.

I wish I had the experience of the first reviewer. My experience couldn't have been any more different. I only dealt with Office Relief over the phone. We ordered an ergonomic chair (a very expensive chair) from them. When it finally arrived, the arms were not what I thought I ordered (the ability for them to move back out of the way), and we had incorrectly ordered the wrong cylinder size. The delivery person contacted Cynthia who kept repeating that the arms were what I ordered by signing off on the original proposal. I pointed out that the proposal only included the item number for the arms, not a description. I had trusted that they knew the correct item number. Rather than argue, I just accepted the arms as delivered. The cylinder, however, had to be replaced. I was told that there would be a $45 charge to bring out and replace the cylinder. I agreed. When I received the final invoice for the replacement cylinder, what had cost me $11 for the original cylinder, was now $46+ and the $45 delivery charge became $75. I again spoke with Cynthia who insisted she had told me $75 for the delivery and in spite of the fact that I had purchased a very expensive chair, the replacement cylinder had to be ordered as a stand alone part. The $11 price of the original was because we ordered it with the chair. Bottom line, if you want overpriced items and lousy customer service, this is the place for you.

I recently purchased two fantastic ergonomic desk chairs (one for work, one for home) from Office Relief. I tested a demo chair first, and I was impressed that the sales person himself, Doug Benway, brought it to my office himself when he could have easily just had someone deliver it. As thrilled as I am with my chairs, I'm also impressed by Office Relief's stellar customer service. Each time I called the company, every person I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely contact Office Relief for any future ergonomic needs.
