Our 2023 new Kenworth T880 D-rated in Stockton, California about 70 miles from our home base. This left us with no choice but to drop it off at the dealer in French Camp, after they informed us it would be a week before they could diagnose (we needed that truck back asap) we called Zach at Pape Kenworth San Leandro. He had us get the truck to his shop immediately. Zach was able to get diagnosis for us same day and was able to get the def sensor replaced by the next morning. Zach kept us in the loop the whole time and we were able to get our truck back on the road, within 24 hrs of it being there. This industry needs more guys like Zach.

Just like any other dealer location: need to check anything- park your truck for a few days/weeks . Guys are friendly and nice, but it won’t solve your problem and get ready to lose a lot of money. Also very tight location.
