They do great work here at this body shop. I had to have my work vehicle repaired after an accident. They were able to work with our insurance and get my vehicle repaired very quickly!

Nelson‘s body shop took five months to repair the car. Then when it was got back the air conditioner was not working, the bottom of the car was still damaged. Looks like a tow truck messed could have damaged underneath the car, doesn’t matter, cars damaged there. The air conditioner doesn’t work, and it did work before it was taken to Nelson‘s body shop. Since the insurance covered this damage, they were supposed to fix it all they did not fix it all when it was taken back they said they would not fix the air conditioner and the condenser’s still damaged too, they refused to repair what they were supposed to repair for the whole car damage . I would rather rate no stars, that’s how bad their incomplete work is. I would not recommend this body shop to anybody. To repair the damage the car still has, that Nelson’s never fixed it is going to cost me $2,200.00more money. I really should report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I came here early morning to see if I could get an estimate for car repair. There was not a lot of cars parked in the front, which was nice. I was able to quickly get an estimate with no charge. The employees were professional and friendly. It looks like they do fast and great work.

Highly recommended by a former San Leandro police officer. It wasn't the most convenient place to take my truck but definitely worth it. Friendly mom and pop shop. Very easy going and priced reasonably. Outstanding quality in workmanship. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am so glad we found this body shop! It turns out my neighbor has been going there for years and she really likes these guys, too. What is not to like?! Mike and Arnie are wonderful! They are so so nice, they do great work, they are reliable, honest and professional, and their prices are more than reasonable! As much as I don't want any more dents in my cars, after three dents in two months, at least I know where to go if it happens again and that they will fix it for me. I can't recommend this place enough! Don't hesitate!'

Completely upfront when getting an estimate. I have a 20 year old car so I was worried that the parts would be hard to get or delayed. Nope they were there when I took the car in and the repairs were done faster than originally planned. Beautiful work and I am very happy.
