If they charge you an extra $1000 for hand carry/ hand dig just know they pocket that n give none to the guys doing the work. Y do they charge it at all??? Greed.

They lie about cleaning the portable toilet and often skip weeks of cleaning. When you ask customer service to send someone to clean the toilets, they say they wont miss cleaning it going forward but it happens again and again. I literally have to call in every week for them to clean the toilet. Babysitting a toilet is not something I want to do. They also billed incorrectly, did not apply a credit because they lied about cleaning the toilet. The customer service lady gas lights me stating I owe but doesn't send me the correct updated invoices reflecting the credits. She then ignores the fact they dropped the ball many times and instead demands I pay even though I dont have an updated correct invoice. Use a different company as there are many smaller providers.

I rented a portable toilet during a project. I had the toilet for a few months. Every week the toilet had to be cleaned but they did miss the cleaning a few times. At the end of my project I called them to let then know to pick up the toilet. My payment was until October 25th. I cancelled on October 16th and they scheduled a pick up for October 20th, which leaves five days of paying extra and not using the toilet which was ok for me. I was told that they don't prorate the payments. The worst part was that when I called I was told that their system already created an invoice on my account and I don't have a choice but to pay it. When I asked, "Why should I pay for an extra month when I don't need the toilet and the toilet will be picked up five days before the end of the current invoice. I am already paying for five extra days , which they told me they don't prorate". The answer was, "This is our policy, our system created an invoice for you and you have to pay. If you don't pay it will be sent to the collection agency". I will not pay for the service I don't need and didn't use. This is a big scam. I am filing a small court claim. It is not about $150 , it is about this company scamming people and making us pay an extra payment because it is "their policy and their system that creates an extra invoice". See you in court.

Will not be working with them in the future and will be notifying all my colleagues to not utilize them in the field as well. They do not inform their customers (nor does it state in their terms and conditions in their contract) that they do not prorate for your service. Therefore If you DO decide to utilize them (not recommended..) be aware that you should have your items picked up right at the end of your monthly term in your contract or you will be paying for services not rendered. Many other companies in the field that will prorate your accounts as needed.

I see not so great ratings but honestly they did the job. I needed a port o potty for my construction job. It was dropped off. I do wish it could have been serviced more than 1 X a week and in hindsight maybe I should have ordered that a la carte service but net net, easy. The key is to absolutely call BEFORE the job is over to have them arrange for the pick up of toilet otherwise this is when you can get dinged for the next month of service- even if you don't need the toilet anymore.

Worst service, the driver just drove by but not cleaned the portable. Called in to stopped the service but they still charged money for the coming billing cycle. Never ever to use them again. Be aware!!!

This company, National construction rental, has the worst customer service and also high prices for the horrible and unprofessional service they provide. Thye charge me two times for the same month's portable toilet cleaning. They don't care about their customers. They only care about making money. As a contractor, I will recommend finding a different company to rent portable toilets and fences.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They're driver's regularly miss pick-ups and the lady on the phone NEVER accepts responsibility. She will lie about service happing and charge you to "send a guy back out". Is there a way to get a class action lawsuit for all the FAKE toilet cleanings we're all getting charged for? They also delivered a broken unit with the dor hanging off then charged me for the replacement! I forgot about that! Its a hustle!

Be careful don’t let them use auto payment on your Credit card. They keep charging you after fence and toilet already been remove 2 months ago. They keeep send me bill after bill when my fence and toilet already been removed. This is crazy.Service: Privacy fence installation

Never let you know you need to call two weeks in advance of the pick up. No email confirmation whatsoever. Called to schedule for a month, and customer service did not mention anything about the pick up. Thought they would pick up on the scheduled end date. Turns out they charged you money for the date you didn’t schedule initially

I think this company wins for the most horrible one-star reviews of any business. They did have a decent person named Arturo who worked there for maybe a year or less but I'm not sure if he's still there because clearly people are mentioning Sylvia again who is incompetent, makes mistakes, is rude, and should not be dealing with the public. She sent me an email saying they were coming to pick up my toilet for non-payment. I don't have their toilet and have never rented one from them. She said they're then going to remove my temporary power pole which would leave me with no power. I wasn't 30 days late on any payment. I asked her if I could deal with Arturo instead of her and she told me to complain to her manager. She failed to give me her manager's name or any contact info so I had to ask for it. Based on the other reviews, he doesn't respond to people so I won't bother. This is a property for a non-profit pet rescue charity with a main house that was destroyed in a fire years ago and we have been embroiled in disputes with multiple corporations that have mishandled things. Zero help. 0 concern about anything other than them getting paid the full amount with no courtesy. Even DWP, which has a horrible reputation, is more accommodating than them. I hope they get someone back dealing with the public who is competent, has an IQ above 50 and knows how to deal with people properly to get the goal accomplished before they are put out of business by the better business bureau or some other agency. Everyone here needs to be filing complaints with the better business bureau so it's on the record.

This customer deserves a negative 5 stars! They are unprofessional. In the office and outside. The don't care about there customers they only care about making money I recommend going to another another fencing company any other do not sign a contract here they're selfish.!!!! Be careful all they want is making numbers and commissions they will try to get you off the phone so fast for the next call believe me
