I was searching for a local supplier that would custom cut plastic. I was impressed with the breadth of the product and services that they offered. The quoting response time was excellent and the pricing was good so i went for it. I drove up to pick up the order and Louie and the team were super helpful. I highly recommend Mr Plastics for all your acrylic and CNC cutting needs. Angele and Tom at Mr Plastics have been incredibly helpful and patient, going out of their way to make sure my project was done correctly and on time. They are extremely knowledgable and really understand all the complexities. I have worked with other fabrication shops and been very disappointed! I fled to Mr Plastics for help and I couldn't be happier working with them.

Best customer service. I was looking for a large piece of plastic sheet so after calling a couple of shops around the bay, I called mr plastics. Angele answered my call and she is one of the best sales rep I have talked to. She helped me place my order and gave me the best available price for my order. The piece I ordered was ready the next day and as I had issues transporting it to my place she also helped me with the delivery of the plastic sheet. This is the best place to order plastic sheets in Bay Area, the prices are competitive and Angele was a great sales rep who is always willing to help the customers.

TL;DR - Amazing customer service, in addition to reasonable prices and turnaround times. I have a portable A/C that I needed to vent out of a casement window and I didn't want to use one of those tacky fabric seals, so I stopped by Mr. Plastics to ask if they could fabricate a piece of polycarbonate with a cutout for the A/C exhaust hose. I worked with Janice, and she was just awesome! Truly a gem of a person. I was quoted a two week turnaround time (which I thought was great given that so many things take months nowadays), but they actually ended up finishing it sooner than that, which was even better! When I got it home, turns out my measurements were a little off, so I emailed Janice and she said to just bring it back and they could trim it for no additional charge. Amazing! I took it in, and they were able to trim it in about 10 minutes. Even though this was a more of a one-off need, if I ever need anything fabricated in the future, Mr. Plastics will for sure be my go-to! They're fabulous!

I live on a boat and I have had a hip replacement and cardiac issues. My front door of the boat was kicked in by someone the night the Ambulance picked me up but my wife was home and scared them away. My friend called Mr plastic and described the situation and Mr plastic replaced the glass with tinted plexiglass for free! God bless these people for their kindness. Thank you so much. Greg S

I SUPPLIED MY MATCH PLATES TO A LADY. She said they could do the job. I received the proof and approved. I received the order and they were not the same as the proof. She argued with me and would not listen. I have both in my hand. She then said they do not want my business anymore and forwarded my match plate to some body she suggested. I never hard from them andI am now out my master. I also feel like I was discriminated against since I am a man. I think it is time for small claims.

Mike and his team are awesome they took on a custom project for me and knocked it out the ball park. I had an 15 year old boat windshield on my classic 1988 Boston Whaler. I wanted a fresh one and Mikes team delivered. They copied my old windshield to the T. Everything fix perfect and I am very pleased with the end results. Mike communicated with me via email although-out the whole process. Thanks again Mr. PLASTICS!! Anymore work I know who to call.

They are fantastic!! They are very knowledgeable about the needs during Covid and offer so many options along with making custom products to fit your personal needs. There products are very well made and very reasonably priced. Angele my customer service person was amazing. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, nice, professional, and patience with me and all my questions. Delivery was on time and both delivery persons were very nice, polite and helped me to install both barriers. I highly recommend Mr. Plastics.

I was looking for a cover for an unused fire pit in our house that was large and had an empty area in the middle, so I needed either plywood or plastic, because it needed to be rigid but also look nice. I found Mr. Plastics online and gave them a call. The salesperson gave me some ideas and then invited me down to their facility to take a look at the different materials. I needed the material to allow for a model train set to run on, and the salesperson came up with a twinwall polycarbonate sheet that was rigid and white and looked great. No need to paint it as would have been the case with plywood. They cut it to my exact size and also put a U channel around the perimeter on the exposed sides to make it safe, installed the trim and made sure the corners were taped off for safety, and also gave me a very fair price. What service! These people were great. Problem solved with one phone call and one visit. The job was cut to size and finished for me within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone for any plastic need!

This place is awesome! Ever since Orchard closed down it has been hard finding tools and supplies but this place has everything. The shelves and aisles are very organised and the manager personally helped me find tools for a robotics project. Please check this place out before shopping online, they have everything and great quality

ASK FOR JANICE!!!! after going to 7 other plastic stores around east bay and SF looking for help on a project, most either gave me a blank stare or said the lead time was around 3 weeks. Janice found what i needed, in the size i needed, and even was able to save me about 10% because she found what i needed already cut down to size. Seriously it was well worth the drive, and she even made notes in the system for when i go back next time (and i will be!)
