Very friendly and helpful staff. They had a huge selection of affordable phones, cases, head phones etc. I had previously went to the one down the street by Bayfair and had a horrible experience so this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the professionalism ladies. Happy New Year.

Went shopping for baptism dresses for my god daughter and weren't looking for anything over the top or too traditional. $140 for dress, shoes and all other accessories. The lady working was extremely helpful in helping us find sizes of dresses we liked. They also didn't have the shoe in the size we think we would need a couple of months so she said to come back and exchange it no problem if this size didn't fit.

bad customer service. went in twice to get personalized ribbon for event and the first time the lady didn't t have the color or price listings said the come back in a few days. went back and the lady left the price and color sheet on counter and said you can look at that and walked away. colors are very limited and when I asked her if she can do a another specific color she said no and said I should try Walmart? seriously?

Typically, I am not into the business of making people look bad, however this time, I believe some people are into the business of making themselves look, not just bad, but horrible. Situations like the one I am about to describe, makes you want to lose faith in humanity.My wife and I are both naturalized US citizens, however we are of the mentality of supporting local businesses, Such as LATINO WIRELESS.My wife went into the store today to pay for her and our sons telephone bills. She was wearing a hospital respiratory mask. Victor the owner said to her: "and you think you are 'el zorro'?"She replied: - "why do you say that?"- "because of the mask" - he said.My wife answered: "If I have it its because my defenses are low, and I have a chemotherapy session in brief" (giving him the benefit of the doubt and trying to explain her appearance).Victor said: "I wont even answer to you because you're sick:".My wife couldn't hold back the tears and broke out crying. Her cancer is very aggressive and is on the fourth stage. Even as she was telling me the story she was crying.I will let people judge the level of cruelty this business owner carries, thinking he can treat people bad just because he feels above everyone else. His arrogancy and grandiose attitude should be reprimanded, as clients go there to conduct business, as simple as paying a bill.It took a lot of effort to explain to my wife, that there will be unsensitive people in this world, who have no compassion nor the least amount of ethical and professionalism.I hope you can find the time to write your thoughts. They will be deeply appreciated.

Hi, my name is Meshelle and on April 27th I left my Samsung 7 with this business to be unlocked. I was advised that the turn around time would be 2 days. I didn't have a problem since my billing cycle would be due in 3 days, thus allowing me the opportunity to switch service providers. I did not receive my phone back until May 7th! In the interim, this business provided a loaner phone after I spent a whole at without service, such an inconvenience. When I stopped by to pick up the loaner phone, an employee by the name of Diana apologized for the delay in their services and assured me twice that I would NOT have to pay for the "unlock fee" of $49.99 when my device was ready. Low and behold, when I arrived to pick up my Samsung, they denied me by stating that Diana did not have authorization to waive my fee and also stated that they called Diana who claimed she never told me the fee would be waived. The mananger/owner Victor refused to come out from his office to discuss the matter and stood firm on not waiving the fee. So not only did they keep my phone for service for longer than 2 business days, they refused waiving the fee. I found their shady business practices to be unacceptable! Customer beware.
